Agreed, i had an Evo hi-mod with Ciamillo carbon rim brakes, that bike needed a pair and maybe some better/lighter wheels..

@@DaleRC75 hehe....direction of wrap is what causes that problem not from where you start from. I’ve never had a bar unravel from this after 30 years of riding and racing. What it does do, starting from the top is you CAN have the overlapping layers roll over a bit.
I usually only ride steel classics, but this is a dream!

A complete revolution on our traditional screw in type equipment. Superb. Assembly is easier than dismantling or repairing. I want to see that video too.

@@sebastianeiselt37 Great question, but my answer is 'I don't'. I ride where there are hills, and sometimes I really depend on my rim brakes, and they have NEVER failed me. Also, I pretty much don't ride in the rain, and I LOVE the convenience of 'quick release'. For me, the many hassles and expense of disc brakes just aren't worth it.

Can’t have a bike that light without rim brakes.
The rotor uno cassette is an interesting choice.
I had a 2007 Cannondale system six with Ciamillo carbon brakes and they looked awesome and worked amazing as well, then i had a Evo Hi-Mod with Ciamillo lecky 8 brakes, i LOVE the looks of a high end carbon rim brakeset like Ciamillo, etc.
