I’m sure I’m a couple of decades older than you, I have 2 sewing machines, 2 sergers, a coverstitch machine, purchased during the pandemic, yet NEVER EVEN PLUGGED IN, haven’t sewn a garment in YEARS, yet that does NOT stop me from “participating” in most of the Joann pattern sales. Sooo, clearly, I can benefit from some help as well!!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I JUST reorganized my sewing and craft room, so I am DETERMINED to get SOMETHING sewn up in the next week! Great pattern picks!
😂 thank you!!! That is so true!!! What they don’t tell you when you start sewing is collecting stuff is an additional hobby on top of sewing lol. No matter if I’m sewing or not, I will always find myself in a fabric store buying something to add to my collection. Happy Sewing 🌻!!!!

I think you were good. I bought 91 😂 and didn’t need any of them. I could not help myself. My store still had them neatly in the drawers. I think I was the first person to even look. There are so many left but no, no, no I will not go back there!
😂 omgeez you make me feel better!! I don’t think anyone else, but myself was looking at those patterns and I went back twice. It’s like being the only one in the store that knows the secret 😂. Happy Sewing!!!

I use PDF patterns. And even I was compelled to go to 3 different hobby lobby’s and stock up on these patterns 😅 proud owner of about 40 paper patterns now
😂 that’s great!!! I don’t have too many pdfs because I’m too lazy to print, tape and cut everytime I sew lol but I have a few that i really love it. So glad you were able to take advantage of the sale. Happy sewing!!!!🌻

I love your pattern haul! I went to the store yesterday and did the exact same thing sitting at the pattern table with 3 separate piles to narrow down my purchasing. There is one more store that I want to check out and see if they have any of the patterns that I’m missing, then I will definitely stop my addiction too! 😂❤

Ha ha! I’m an addict too! I scored 22! I rarely sew NewLook because of the size range. I lost some weight this year so I racked up at this sale! Happy sewing!

Loved the video! So Hilarious 😆. I finally ran out today after watching your video a few hours ago and went crazy in Hobby Lobby. When I arrived, I asked the sales associate if she could direct me to the New Look patterns that are marked down. She says, well if we have any leftover they would be in a certain location. WELL, I felt like I hit the lottery! I would say it was about 80 left over. I purchased 63 patterns and 2 counter pattern books for $10 each. I'm newbie and I'm very excited to start on my sewing journey.

I bought 99 patterns! But went through them when I got home and returned 43 the next day; had some duplicates and realized some I would never sew. But I used my $43.00 return to buy fabric!
We could have much worse addictions! 😊

Right! It’s always something to buy! I actually have another fabric haul coming up next, but I can say I’ve been pretty good with not buying too much fabric lately because I just don’t have the space 😂. Happy sewing!!! 🌻

I think that this was a blue moon kind of thing because they were phasing these patterns out of stores, but who knows we may see it again with another brand lol 🤞🏽. Happy sewing 🧵!!!!

On the 6808 test the arm hole if possible. It comes out a bit tight but if you could lower it a bit it is great.
