Well done man. As a New Zealander, every zoo in New Zealand requires a dark habitat. And a Florida Zoo got in a shit load of trouble recently for having their kiwi outdoors during the day regularly. Casual players i don't mind at all but I've seen a bunch of habitat builds from "realism" builders missing a shelter, missing plant ground coverage, all for aesthetics. Congrats to you
The only thing ill say about the outdoor enclosure is I'd have a shade cloth over it to protect them from hawks and such and to give them a bit of protection from the bright light due to them having sensitive eyes and such allowing them to adjust better as they go from indoor to outdoor
@benharris7358 owls exist. Plus I'm not sure a zoo would let them out at night. No different to a fox with chickens. They're a very valuable zoo species and having them munched would be a big no no.
wow Caesar, this is amazing! I haven’t been watching this channel as much recently, but after seeing this I think I will have a lot of binge watching to do! ❤
Can’t wait to see what you do for the Little Penguins and flying foxes, that would make a whole DLC complete, and this is definitely one of the best nocturnal setups I’ve seen yet 👍
this is really great! im about a 10 min drive away from some kiwis and in that zoo they also have an outside area for some of the kiwis to have a more natural sleep schedule while also having some inside! they also have a baby kiwi care center as they're trying to help make them stay as an animal (that is alive) after ferrets and stuff were introduced into new Zealand the kiwis have been dying out but this was super cool! keep it up
@@CesarCreates thank you so much for the birthday wish,it means a lot and thank you for all the great videos you upload. I watch all your series for quite some time, always super quality. Hope you have a good day 🙏🏻😀
Nice habitat! Just one little comment. Most of the new foliage from the Oceania pack is from temperate biome, not tropical, so you can use it in your park everywhere, not only indoors 😊
Thank you so much! Yeah I am using those ferns and other plants outdoors all the time now. I was referring to other plants such as those kentia palms from the Tropical Pack 🤓
Red light doesn't hurt animals vision and is often used in those nocturnal enclosures. I was inspired by the Kiwi habitat in Berlin Zoo and they also have those red lights hidden in between plants 🤓
In the Barcelona aquarium there is an event called "nit dels taurons" basically you can sleep in an underwater tube watching the sharks, you could incorporate an area like that in Elm Hill City zoo :D
I don't think kiwi having access to both a natural and inversed day/night cycle is very realistic, haha. In NZ we have something called Operation Nest Egg, where wild kiwi eggs are taken and incubated in captivity and the chicks are released once they're old enough to be less vulnerable to predators. If the kiwi are kept in a night house I'm pretty sure I read that they need several weeks to be adjusted back into a natural outdoor day/night cycle before they can be released (kiwi can be kept solely outdoors and wild ones do exhibit diurnal behaviour). But maybe if the kiwi are being kept in captivity with no intention of release then being exposed to both cycles is okay? I'm not sure, but imagine it'd be best to pick either outdoors or a nocturnal house and stick to it. Maybe you could have two separate kiwi enclosures, one nocturnal and one outdoors?
I am am fully aware that it's not 100% realistic but I am ok with that! Next time I will be building for those guys I will probably only do the indoor section 🤓
Really wonderful habitat. I don’t have the game yet but I always wanted to build a night house and after you built one Im sure I will use sooooooo much inspiration. Thx for that😁
Amazing, as a NZ person, I am here to congratulate you for being the only person who has actually made an accurate habitat. Quick Question: Do you remember me? From the Mute Swan vid and your first vid?😊
Maybe you could add the Giant Anteater soon? I'm currently building my first ever zoo (City Zoo) and I struggle so hard with building habitats, right now for the Giant Anteater
Omg i loved this its so realistisck! I was so angry at my selv beacause i was so bad at planet zoo! But then i saw your videos and that inspired me so now i like my builds! Thank you!❤
The kiwi habitat looks so good but it just came to me that the elm hill city zoo has no primates. It doesn’t matter which primate but I would suggest the Bornean orangutan cause they just got an update where they can swing on vines.
Yo,Cesar amazing habitat! IS it alright if you name one of the kiwis “Tahi”? Tahi means one in Maori. And it will also honour a kiwi that passed in my local zoo.
Yes! I have the entire bear section planned for this zoo and the Black Bears will be included there for sure! Not entirely sure when I will exactly build it though 😅
Finally, adding the Kiwi. What about Northern. Cassowary. Did you know those birds can kill you with one kick? The is really Northern. Cassowary. the most aggressive bird. You do not want to make them mad. to the. Oceania second. And I have another idea since you did the outdoor habitat for the Tasmanian Devil. Why not do the indoor part of the Tasmanian Devil Habitat? That would be sick. Nice indoor habitat builds. Did you know? Here is the fun fact, but it does not have to do with the animal itself. It's a power Rangers fun fact. Did you know power rangers exactly filmed in New Zealand? and people that live in New Zealand are called Kiwis. or New Zealanders I have a hard plastic animal of a northern Cassowary. But I do not have the hard plastic kiwi. Would you? I'm planning to get at some point. I have my own zoo full of hard plastic animals that look so realistic. You know what? The name of my zoo in my room is. the Noah's Ark sanctuary. because of the story Of Noah in the Bible. Nice habitats build. looks so realistic. I can't wait to see that cassowary. And the indoor habitat for the Tasmanian Devil. But overall, great job man.

They dont go outside in the day. They are fully nocturnal
I will definitely consider adding something like that!
@benharris7358 owls exist. Plus I'm not sure a zoo would let them out at night. No different to a fox with chickens. They're a very valuable zoo species and having them munched would be a big no no.
I only have 3 word to describe this.
Magnificent, Beautiful and extraordinary
Thank you so much!
Your builds never fail to amaze me. Looks so great and realistic once again.
Thank you!! I really appreciate that!
Thank you for making this awesome and inspiring content. ❤
Glad you enjoy it!
love kiwis they look like little dinosaurs that still wonder around awkwardly like they don't know where they are
Hahaha yeah you are right!
This is my favorite from all your builds!!
Thank you! This really means a lot!
I've been waiting this for days for inspiration of a Tasmanian devil night house
Hope I was able to inspire you!

Amazing build as always, I love the nocturnal vibe that you created 💚
Thank you so much!
I’m from nz and was so exited when I saw you finally uploaded the kiwi vid should have been first I’ve been waiting 😂❤️

Thank you! Ohh that's so cool! I would love to see more of them in zoos because they are not so popular here in Europe
I yesterday made the Kiwi coctail for my birthday, the one you shared. Perfect timing for the video, beautiful exhibit as always 😀

Very creative build- loved it.

This was another amazing build! 😮
Thank you! I really appreciate it!
Really nice habitat and great job on the build plus I have a question will you focus on adding the little blue penguin to the zoo?
Thank you so much! Yeah I will add the penguins soon!
Finally a kiwi to our zoo can you add southern cassowary in the Oceania section ❤❤❤
I will consider that!
Nice habitat!

@@CesarCreates YOur welcome
So cool to see another video from you! 😁
Thank you so much for watching!
Love this, but I think if you put the light in the ground, the kiwi will constantly look into it so maybe it would be better to put it to the ceiling

Salut Cesar. Just superb!

Btw is almost a year ago you made the membership, crazy how times fly.
Thank you!
And thank you for being a member of the channel for so long!! I really appreciate that!!!
It looks Fantastic🎉
Thank you so much!!
Kiwi outside enclosure is bigger then for the quokkas.😂 Anyway, Amazing build as always Cesar!
Yes it is 🤓 Kiwis are also bigger than quokkas. Thank you so much!!
@@CesarCreates whaaat i did not know that!
I also added outdoor sections to my nocturnal house just because it's a video game and I wanted to see the animals in the sun
Yeah not everything needs to bee 100% realistic 😆

Also, comparing egg size to the size of the mother, kiwi lay much larger eggs than ostriches. Ostriches just have bigger eggs overall.
I found those facts on the internet so maybe there was a mistake 😅
AMAZING👌😎
