Moments like that are the actual reason I watch some of the initial challenge shows and the finals. All the rest of it can go away, the bad auditions, the totally unnecessary humiliations and insults. I want to appreciate whatever good there is, not see people getting mocked who don't deserve it.

This years x-factor was great. I had a hard time thinking of who should win. usually I see someone or a group and I think "That's the winner" but this year I couldn't even decide.

When a very thin woman hit's 30, often it's time to gain 15-30 pounds. Then her face will fill out beautifully again. And while she might not be as rail thin as she thinks she's supposed to be--her body will look just as gorgeous as ever ;)
