Dear thanks for your message. This place is about 1 hour away from Gilgit but it's on the way to Gilgit when you travel from Islamabad. You can reach to Tattoo from KKH at Railot on a bike but you need to have a Honda 125 atleast..from Tattoo you will trek by foot to reach to fairy meadows which is about 2 to 3 hours ..

Thanks for visiting our channel.In down country, Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi etc. the weather remains hot i.e between 30-38 in April and later months .. but the place where we live, Gilgit-Baltistan, remains cool i.e 20-30 degrees .. for witnessing blossom you need to visit end of March and early April. I hope this will help
