Everything that you say makes so much sense and I've never thought about it! Thank you
Hello, can I add cold milk to it if I like white instead? if so, do i just add the cold milk after filtering?
What do you think cups with handles for espresso and filter will affect taste and feel?
I know it is not everyone’s favorite but my go to is a 8 cup Chemex with the Able cone filter. It just works well for me.
For raisin honey from Costa Rica , I am getting a tinge of bitterness . Should I reduce temp as I am using 90 degrees now What other variables should I change
Love this!!
what type of acid does stone fruit get into?
Any new videos coming? Loved your insights and presentation.
Will consider testing TH1. Thanks for info 🍀
Thanks for this comparison. I wonder how cloth and metal filters (and any others) would done. Some seem to find coffee made with cloth filters very favorable, though not the maintenance...
Waiting for ur new video
I want a mahlkonig in my kitchen too
Great video please keep posting more content I love your work !!
great recipe - only change I'd recommend is adding in ice just before the release to allow the brew to flash chill, which in my experience results in a more flavourful cup
I've always used brown filters and never heard of this paper taste debate until I bought some from a new brand and those completely changed the taste of my coffee for the worse 🥴 This drastic change in taste got me worried now that I'm drinking more than just coffee..
Interesting... If the aeropress forms a "seal" on the cup, it gets much more difficult to displace the air in the cup, hence breaking of glass. Would it be better to do it on a container with a spout, or something similar for air displacement?
Can I ask, If the CT62 flows faster than V60, shouldn’t we increase the number of pours to increase more extraction? Rather then decrease pours?
Great, thanks! Except at the very end the recipe is partly covered by the two photos of other videos. (I can go back and take notes - new to the Aeropress!)
Great Video!!
Your content inspired me to get a cafec filter pack. I've chosen TH1 but wished I could get the TH2 or TH3 instead. But still awesome. 🎉
did you use sibarist fast cone on origami?
thanks for sharing the recipe! can I ask how long to immerse (close the switch) the grinds?
good testing method
Not really lol
Wow, you’ve packed so much useful information into this video. Thank you.
Interesting. You just popped up in my feed. First. Time seeing your channel. Your video was informative and interesting. I subscribed. Hope to see more good content.
I love your videos!
Thank you for sharing the recipe! It seems like one of the most delicious ice recipes I've tried. Could you also let me know approximately how many microns ek7.5 is? Additionally, what duration should I set for the extraction to finish? Currently, it ends around 3:30.
Really insightful. Confirmed one bias I had with Sibarist and natural coffees.
Wait, did you eat that coffee bean?
What a beautiful space!
Can’t go wrong with 4 pours for washed and 3 pours for natural ? Or it depends on the coffee in general ?
Good job
My favorite dripper is Holtklotz A27. It’s gives your coffee a taste of balance between sweetness and acidity. Feels like a flat and clone dripper into one. ❤
If I want to lower the acidity (tartness), what do you recommend? Temp? grind size?
Fav brewer so far would be the plastic Cafec Flower dripper! But would love to get a chance to try other drippers like CT62 ✌️😆 Btw, really enjoy the video and the knowledge shared, TQ!!!
another comment thx fr the goods!
v60
My favourite dripper is the plastic origami!
But hario switch for cafe purposes
Plastic origami hands down
Fav dripper of all time. My Hario V60 in white ceramic.
My favourite dripper is the Timemore Crystal Eye. It’s my first dripper and I got attached to it cos it taught me so much about pourovers
My favorite dripped in 2023 is the April brewer! I have managed to always extract an excellent clean and comforting cup.
My favourite dripper in 2023 is CT62,this dripper giving me a fast flow rate, more easy to me,
My favorite dripper for 2023 is the hario switch, because of the versatility
Conical Plastic Cafec flower dripper-01 ,and Flatbottom Plastic Melitta dripper1x2 are my favorit drippers.
Enjoying the CT62 a lot because of its increased flow rate and reduced bypass, which gives me creative control of my brews. :D
My favourite go-to dropper is definitely ceramic ORIGAMI S! Its versatility with both V60 filter paper and the Kalita Wave filter paper makes coffee brewing so much interesting and fun. Especially brewing with beans from Homeground, the suggested recipe states on the card gives home brewers a good kick start to explore the new bag of coffee beans. 👍🏻
My fav dripper for 2023 will definitely be Hario V60. I started off my brewing journey last year and my trusty buddy, V60, has walked me through different beans and brewing methods. For new entrants, I will recommend to start off with Hario V60, will not go wrong😊
2023 best dripper for me was Orea V3
