i think regen is really important, its more valuable than you think, it uncaps your possible max HP depending on the match up (technically, but never really) Burn when regen was insane when you already would garuentee crit with your previous skills anyway, also building up regen for rebrith is a consideration did a run recently where (as experiment) took regen every time on vanessa, was good id recommend by the end of this run youd be up too 100's of regen by 3-4 weather glass activates

I love that puffer got changed but now moniter lizard takes its place and does (almost literally) the same thing.

Re: the poison discussion. Healing should cleanse an amount of poison equal to the value of the heal. Done. Healing isn’t SUPER prevalent with the exception of Pyg, personally I’d think that’d be fine.

So far the only thing that seems playable to me is the Vineyard - Yoyo - Landscraper setup. Then one scaling piece of your choice. Either Weights or Laser Security System or Kukri (if you absolutely have to). Actually becomes really stupid when combined with a Booby Trap. But all that is a lot more setup than just "haha Ray spam go".

Skipping yoyo at 16 when it synergizes with scaling and vineyard/landscraper and even matchbox is hard.

My dooley destroyer was also an shielded vineyard with a golden landscraper, both need to be golden with a yoyo in the middle, jts pretty mich infinite, had that with sharp corners and a healing enchantment in the yoyo, so nö poison at all😜

Can confirm that you can get burn and poison loot Pyg. You don't get the level up option I think, but curio and monster loot are you best friends for a matchbox build. Definitely got unlucky on this one. The sad thing is, matchbox doesn't even need much additional burn to be good. You also just ran into a lot of Dooley's, which sucks whenever that happens. Most I had was like 5 in a row. Very frustrating when you have a good build to beat everyone but Dooley.

The main Issue with Dooley is consistency (on top of power of course), you can get the same efficient build basically everytime and you almost always start with a good core. Vanessa and Pyg too often start with garbage items or good stuff that requires a follow up that never comes.

Yeee, Pyg is in a rough state this patch, though it's also them not fixing the issues with Dooley, imho.

Battle dart would be similar to your board - augmented weaponry is a must for the swap from cutlass to dart. The skill where you buy weapons and gain damage is also a plus. I ran a 10 win build using this strategy (also lucked out and got a poison augment... was doing around 700 poison with 70% crit).

I played against this yesterday and got mad af, cause I got oneshot while having a great build that even held up against 30 poison monitor liz. xD

I dony know if later in the playlist it was answered, but Kobushi Combo doesnt refresh the tiles used in your combo, while Combo Recharge does and can proc multiple times for a tile. For example, if you had a Kunai with Shock and +2 damage and 8 cooldown in the queue, and your hand had kama and charge on 3 turn cooldown in the hand, Kunai killing three enemies would fully refresh it off of Combo Recharge, and Kobushi would refresh your hand for a fully free turn

Very entertaining seeing you fish for a way to victory and considering all options available is quite interesting. Im surprised you didnt consider cutting Core at any point tho; i replaced it with pylon in a similar run and even tho i lost to a real poison dooly in the end it turned out quite good for a while.

You can't imagine how satisfying it is for me to finally see that skill being put to work, I saw so many videos where the skill came way too late and did nothing for the respective builds. :D Edit: Also love Weatherglass so yay for this round!

Day 16+ runs are the coolest IMO. Losing the first 5 days doesn't even crack the Death's Door, and it gives way more time to evolve the build into something amazing.

I watch all your Bazaar stuff, much prefer your vids as you’re not some soulless “HEY GUYS HIT THE LIKE AND SMASH THE SUBSCRIBE WAHEY!” creator. That, and you’ll experiment instead of just chasing whatever the meta is. You aren’t doing anything wrong, not that I can tell. Bummed I’ll likely not be able to catch your streams in the future; I drive to-from where I work on Tuesday and Wednesdays (about a 7 hour drive). 100% be catching the recordings though, good to chill after a long day working in the hinterlands.

I think you can use the genie lamp to recover prestige and it still counts as a perfect win if you get it to 20+
