I feel like I've had that particular skill fail on me as well, with a toxic combat core. I reported it, was salty, and moved on. Keep up the good work with the content.
Here my favorite dooley build : the max hp / crit on large item skill / diamond reserve shielding / Force Field + diamond Battery , i replace my core with camera if i have to
