that's the 1ST frick sawmill IVE seen W a dial lumber gauge 😊😊 most of them IVE seen have a lumber gauge wheel 😊😊 and the old hand dogs where changed 2 air dogs I see that 1 has a auto log turner 😊😊 OMG 11 2 2O23

Jerry, how come you don't go to the Paul Bunyan Show anymore? Last time I saw you there you were talking about building a 2" band mill head rig to go with the handset carriage.
We’ve just been so busy with circle mills haven’t got into the band …. I’ve built several carriages and the customer put band head rigs on them

From a safety perspective, shouldn't that helper keep his hands off the cut off until it's free of the main log?
Always a safety Sam on every saw mill video. They both looked like they had two arms,two hands and ten fingers. I can’t stand safety Sams.. mind your own business and let people decide how they want to live their lives and make a living. We don’t need people like you.
He is a good tail man his job is to keep the board in control you must have an experienced person at that position if he would let the board touch the back of the saw it could go over top of sawyer toward sawyer

why don't you put log turner on carriage? And why you prefer pneumatic over hydraulic?
We build to suit this was a Amish setup this group was only allowed to use air no electric no air on machine… we have built many hydrolic operated machines

@@jerryalbright5351 My folks are both in their 90's and at home, and two grandbabies under 3, I've been a caregiver most of my time. Haven't sawed in over a year, but still hope to get back to it before I'm too old. LOL Great hearing from you, and when I get a chance you can count on me visiting your establishment!!

1st frick band sawmill have seen w airdogs on carriage I didn't know they made 1
We build several different styles from complete manual 00..0..01..number 1..number 3…any combination of air or hyd with air hyd or electric sets computer servo or cam operated we also build td01c …01c36…td36…td40 all being tong dog carriages for high production and 38 hd a heavy inline dog carriage thank for your comment
