Thats a very healthy looking tank.
Tank size
@@karthikj6366 this one is a 25 lagoon
For a single AI prime would you double these numbers?
@@braceyourself901 that all depends on the tank size, corals, coral placements. Lots of factors
What schedule do use for your prime lights ?
@@granieri44 I made a video on it
Gorgeous Tank! Would love to learn more about the care for the Dragonet.
Which kind of Phytoplankton did you use?
How often you guys check parameters
@@JeanEstevez I’ll check alk like once every couple months
Im trying to get this tank have you done a par reading and what setting you running your lights
@@JeanEstevez no I haven’t. I just go off the corals. If they start reaching towards the light then up the lights slowly. All the par meters around me are so expensive. Corals will adapt. It much much better to have too little light then too much
What size aquarium?
Hi, very interesting video. Where can I buy this zoas online fpr those prices for a frag?, most of them sale one or two polyps for that price ... thanks in advance
Hello what and amazing reef, but regarding the sump (bio midea, uv, skimmer, refuge) did you star that the aquarium with all in place? Or had an evolution? Regards.
The fuge, UV, and skimmer came later.
Amazing! Great videos! Many thanks!
Glad you like them!
Your corals are stunning ❤ Thank you for sharing all those very useful information.
You are so welcome!

Very nice, informative video. Stunning tank! I want to start a zoa garden myself too
Did you do weekly water changes while dosing Vibrant?
cloudy af.
So how do I tie it to the other rope to repell down?
@@JamesBrogle this would be for an emergency. So if I needed to get out of a window on a multistory building i just tie off to something and lower myself down

Do you feed phytoplankton at all?

@@ksturgeon9808 all the way
I have them in my small tank by the thousands and just like you made a chamber in the back as the Refugium and they breed in that, my glass is full of them at night, I have 2 mandarins, since I started this I also have a phytoplankton reactor and a copepod culture and I supply my daughter with copepods as she also has a mandarin in her tank at her place so nice a week she comes past picks up a battle with thousands and it has the phytoplankton in the bottle. In my culture I have chaeto there as well and they just keep breeding, if they have heaps of phytoplankton they reproduce like rabbits well way more than rabbits because it’s in tens of thousands. If only I knew about this way back I would have saved myself so much effort with algae etc. Friends that start off I tell them first thing once your tank ammonia has dropped dose the tank with a mixed batch of copepods and phytoplankton way before you introduce livestock and don’t clean a single thing let it all balance out, by the time your ready for livestock your tank has an unbelievable healthy amount already in the tank cleaning for you. Oh I also culture amphipods for the refugium, they will keep you chaeto clean and when they release their young they are just like large copepods and everything eats them
I just setup a 15g flex reef tank. Check it out on my channel if you want. Yours looks awesome!!!

Hello Respect the Reef! Which marine salt do you use?
Hey can I it glofish tetra in this type of tank
@@miltona891 yeah any fish. In fact I don’t know why all in one tanks aren’t more popular in freshwater. I’ve had freshwater tanks for 15 plus years and I wish I would have had used one. The all in one tanks are usually more expensive though but you don’t have to buy a separate filter so it kind of evens out.
@@RespectTheReefso what 20 gallon tank do you recommend for glofish tetra and danios.
Wow what a tank and setup. Looking forward to next updates.
Hi friend, one question, how many lamps do I need to cover a 75 gallon tank. 48 inches long, 18 inches wide, and 21 inches high.
@@acuariodepesesmarinos504 depends on which light. If it’s the prime I’d do 3
@@RespectTheReef Yes I plan to put Prime 16 HD
What light do you have for algae scrubber?
You don’t need to move the coral when u just get it on your tank, just go to the options of the light and Click acclimation and set the days and what % u want the lights from ur current setting/schedule it will ramp up little by little and don’t shock the new corals under the light
@@TheNoobMycologist but if you have 20 other corals why would you change what they are use to for one coral?
I bought this tank, not knowing what it was and so it was highly suggested that I create this coral reef. I paid someone because I’m a veteran and I have injuries so I paid someone $1000 to come set it up and I mean I see, but the water is murky, I just texted him. He said there’s like some pills or something I can drop in. I’ve only had this for two weeks and he’s not going to be able to so do you have any suggestions?
@@Gerrs824 you paid someone 1000$ dollars to set it up? Did you buy all the stuff on top of that? Or did that include everything like coral, rock, filter media, etc.. I mean it’s going to have a bacterial bloom at the beginning. Which can turn the water murky. You could try carbon. It helps polish the water. Uv sterilizer is a more expensive option but would work much better and has a lot of other benefits. But since it’s so new it’ll eventually clear up. But carbon wouldn’t hurt.
I like the fact that this is a real review no technical terms and non sense just an honest and to the point review. I already ordered my kit before watching this video getting installed monday, but wanted a realistic expectation of this lift and to see how the black rims would look with chrome bumper and trim. thanks a lot definitely feel better about my decision and great video man. for sure gonna subscribe
Love all the tanks brotha. Is This the flex 9?
@@djkoi6368yes sir
"where's my finger?...oh there it is!" best part of the vido man. made me LOL love IM tanks I have there 200P for a FOWLR focusing angels and butterflies. that said i want to make a man cave/fish room in the basement. was just looking at both the 24 and 60/80 SR AIO I would love to have 2-3 of them and do softie only, meats and maybe SPS I think that would be cool . anyway that tank is fire man keep up the great work.
@@devachapman6315 softie only will be my next tank for sure. Absolutely love softies now. I’m actually thinking about getting rid of the torches and put softies there. Torches are cool but in my overstocked tank they tend to sting everything. I recently added a long tentacle toadstool. So it will need some space. Or I might take a chance and add a bubble tip and hope it doesn’t move. Get the biggest tank you can. I wish I would have went bigger lol. But I got such an amazing deal on the 60. SR 80 would be sick. I think the shallow reef tanks are the way to go. Plus it’s an all in one. Sumps are really cool but the all in ones are so easy. Especially with the Innovative marines. They make every part you could need. I will say the 25 lagoon is an amazing foot print. It looks way bigger than a 25. And all the innovative marine 25 lagoon parts are the mini size so they are about half the cost of the SR60 and 80s. They have only 2 nozzles and take only one pump. So it’s much cheaper to set up. Take a look at my 25 lagoon videos. It looks massive. I wish I would have kept it. But you can buy a brand new 25 lagoon with a pump and filter for like 200$. Best deal for any size tank and any brand in my opinion. Such a steal.
Checking out your videos too after you've been so kind to come over to mine. Reef tanks is nothing I'm familiar with, but I love to learn, so you got me interested and I keep watching 😀
Thank you 🙏
Where do you keep nitrates in this tank
@@Coral-reef. I haven’t tested nitrates in over a year. If I had to guess they stay around 10. I’ll test them and get back to you. I do a water change when my acans start to suck in. It’s a good sign it’s time for a water change. I have so many corals I believe they soak up a lot of the nitrates
@@RespectTheReef you know man im actually a little frustrated right now because my acan corals have been closed up completely for days now with only a little bit of meat showing on them. My nitrates were at 25 so i did a 25% water chage in my 60 gallon yesterday so hopefully that helps but man they were so beautiful and fluffy and to see them now completely closed up has me depressed lol any tips ?
@@Coral-reef. how long have you had your tank? I lost my first 3 acans I’ve tried and just a couple weeks ago I had a small colony die. While the other ones were just fine. Which it’s just part of it. Those other acans have already overtaken that spot the other colony was in. I just did the test with 2 different tests one was 5ppm the other was 10ppm
So your intensity is at 40 percent pretty much ?
@@Coral-reef. yeah it was. I did increase it slowly but I got great growth at those levels
Amazing colors!!
@@Greek_Reefer thank you!
Couple of questions 😎 your mighty jet return pump, what setting you have it set at? Couldn’t see, was a Mp10 wire hanging in front of it 😢 What mode are you running the MP 10 at? Put water in my IM 25 Lagoon last night 😎 going to get some seasoned media from the LFS today ,, Last question 😎 at what point should I be looking to put the Chemi Blue packet into the system, after the tank has cycled or before ?
@@redfish7644 I have the pump up all the way. Mp 10 is up about 3/4 the way up pm the lagoon setting. I wouldn’t worry about chemi pure until you are running into nitrate issues. After cycle and after fish and coral are in the tank. You might not even need it at all. By the way, the flow will be different depending on rock structure and what corals you keep and where. So it best to play with it until it’s flowing the at you think is right. Look at your corals. If they are getting blown around turn it down. Also the placement of your power head will determine how powerful you run it
I could sit and look at your tank all day long. I can’t believe how many different corals you have in your tank. How old is it? My 32 cube is 1 yr old and battling G hair algae now. Also how do you have the mushrooms mounted in the back corner. I love mushrooms and always thought they were a sandbed lower coral rather than up high. Love your acan garden (My favorite corals) Love the Zoa island also 👏👏👏👏
@@BH0t8498 I have a video on green hair algae. I think the fact I have so many corals that use the nutrients in the water help me from getting a lot of algae. I upgraded tanks now. But at the time I think it was 2ish years old. Yeah the mushrooms are mounted on a magnetic frag rock I got from BRS. They do great in higher light or low light. To be honest the bright orange ones are a nuisance in my tank. They detach and attach to different parts of the tank and are hard to get rid of. In my experience just about all corals will adapt to a wide range of light settings. As long as it’s within reason. Thank you acans are my favorite as well.
