When that special first came out, I looked at it and it was like this looks nothing like the movie because the way it looked. I never watched it, but I’m kinda glad I never watched it now.

The music in the Disney Scene it game still scares the crap out of me I’ll play the other Scene it games, but not the Disney one because the music just unnerves me, and literally gives me nightmares even now as a 28 year old adult. If I try listening to the music on TH-cam I put it on mute the music is so dang terrifying.

We enjoy seeing past villains without any sort of service to the plot who are clearly there only for the purpose of nostalgia baiting!

I share your optimism, and I'm really hoping that 5 and 6 are directed by Stephanie Ma Stine because I doubt Mike Mitchell will learn from the criticism. And I actually agree about Zhen for once in one of these kfp4 reviews lol, she has potential but her introduction to the franchise was imo badly executed, though I think the fix is simple, remove the part about Po retiring from being the dragon warrior and make Zhen her apprentice just because Po saw her potential along the journey. Passing down the mantle to her should only happen in the last movie, and with Po being actually older, which is also my biggest gripe with the movie, why the hell is Po retiring when he doesn't even look beyond his late 20s?
