When you do the firmware update don’t use a computer with USB 3.0 or higher or it could brick your system. It bricked my 1st one and I had to update a 2nd one on a much older laptop to avoid using USB 3.0. I was going to try and update the 2nd one on my newer computer but had researched it and found that several people had the same issue with very similar circumstances so I decided to fix my old laptop and use it since it didn’t have USB 3.0. It updated without any issues on the non USB 3.0 computer.

I have multiple tutorials that can help you with file renaming and folder structure under updated firmware. That may help you improve your setup. 😊

Very interesting. Thank you for the vid. I have no experience putting games on an SD card. How difficult is that? Are there "safe" websites to recommend before attempting this? It could be a deal maker or breaker

Should you should buy one? - YES - Flash to 1.30/1.30c - SD card formatted FatEx. Great fun. Can play Mame, a few other consoles.
