Great video but you still need to pair it with your Homebase unit which is a few extra steps after this process.

I have mine connected to my home case 3 just like this video but I don’t see my videos on my homebase 3 when I select it in the app. I see the expanded storage HD that I added but doesn’t look like videos are stored there. Am I doing something wrong?

They require access to your contact list - I am not doing that.

Hey I have these same cameras issue I’m having is when I’m speaking to someone and they reply I can only hear their reply and not me speaking to them I reached out to eufy they say that’s a feature on there for privacy which I think is BS are you having that problem

I have just purchased a Eufy X8. For the initial mapping will it go into all the rooms? Will it show the coloured map for each room (as seen in your video). My house is 1 level.

We have the same doorbell since yesterday, but I got a question: When we go to live view, besides the "WiFi" symbol , you can see the " KB/s " But sometimes we don't have any figures before the " KB/s " mark and then we can't go to the live view. It keeps circling and doesn't connect ! Do you know what that means? Because sometimes we do have figures before the " KB/s " and WiFi symbol and then we can see the live view without any problems........ Thank you very much! Have a nice weekend.... :-)

As of Sept 5, adding the Battery Cam Pro seems to require a subscription to Cam Plus. It can be quickly deleted (by jumping through some hoops).

The only fault with the app settings is the fact that you cannot turn the spotlight on or off IN THE SETTINGS, rather you have to press play (live view) AND view the feed in landscape mode to access some controls that should be available in the main "settings" (gear icon) in the app's main menu. Other than that, we're happy with it.

I bought the twin pack of Tapo C110 cameras and I got one to activate in the app, but I can't figure out how to add the second camera. Can anyone help me figure out how to add the second camera?
