I was married when I had my kids and didn't have help at night. I hardly had help when he was home from work during the day! Divorced now, but doable.

I was impregnated against my wishes. He was an emotional abusive narcissist who tried to trap me in a relationship I was ready to get out of. I know I can do all I need to do for my baby on my own, but i do feel outcasted from the majority of moms who do have that support from the father, physically, emotionally and financially. Im glad i came across this video because the majority of mom videos i see on TH-cam are videos i just can't relate to because they have their partners. Not trying to make that sound bitter at all but it's nice to see a video I can realy learn from. I'm 34 weeks pregnant. Wish me luck and i wish all of you single mothers luck as well.

My partner hasn't been interested in my pregnancy. I'm currently 34 weeks pregnant and have been going to my appointments by myself. I will be having a c-section at 37 weeks because I was diagnosed with placenta previa. I made it this far by myself with him not being there, and I plan to continue on this amazing journey on my own. Thank you for inspiring me.

My son is due in 4 weeks & my baby’s father left me & is making me move out & go back with my parents. He left me twice throughout this journey… This gave me peace & definitely gave me inspiration. Thank you ❤ you’re a wonderful mom❤ Praying 4 all the moms out there, we got this 😊

I feel like the baby here. I have a wonderful supportive husband and I'm still terrified of all this. I'll have my first in 2 months. He got a job in another state and we will move probably sometime next month. I won't have family around to help me and it will be an hour commute for him. Even though it's a hybrid job (3 days in office a week) I'm still terrified of the responsibility and being alone. I've also had a history of anxiety and panic attacks :( all the life change at once is overwhelming to say the least. I work from home and he's worked from home since the pandemic. So being alone for 10 hours a day without help with a newborn is intimidating. Also, he won't get paternity leave because he would have just started work. I don't want him to be up with the baby the nights before he has to commute so the days he goes in, i'll be the one up all night with her. These types of videos help. I think the love for the baby makes you strong and I love the ending how you describe being selfless but how rewarding it is. I'm only focusing on the bad because I haven't met her yet and all the love and bonding hasn't happened yet. I also appreciate how you say it gets easier. Thank you

Thanks for this. I've struggled with dating and haven't found "the one", but I'm running out of time to have a child. I'm doing research before committing, but I will most likely make the choice to become a single mother through an anonymous donor. I wish I had more time to meet a lifelong partner, but my biological clock is counting down.

Just curious to know whether your vericosities got worse towards the end of pregnancy or not? And whether they went away after baby was born or you still have them? Waiting for your response. Thanks

My husband is deployed and I was getting upset watching the other moms routines since they all had their partners to take shifts and relieve them. It’s nice to hear that other moms have rough days. Yesterday my baby wouldn’t stop crying unless I held him. I had to let him cry to go pee. I didn’t eat all day. Single momming is not for the weak! 😅

I am a single mom of a 6 week old with no help from family. I got lucky and got a live in nanny job where I watch 2 other girls; 5yrs old and 1yr old. I love my daughter so much and am so happy to care for her, but it is hard and I find myself resenting her absent father so much. He was very cruel to me throughout my pregnancy and continues to deny it, which is so invalidating. I finally got him out of my life, but unfortunately, he is not out of my head. I can't seem to let go of the resentment I feel for him and I hate giving him that power. Do you have this same issue at all?

I turned 39 weeks yesterday and also got my membranes sweep from my doctor. And today I saw something on the toilet that resembled a mucus plug. But I didn’t even feel it come out or nothing. I’m so nervous

I’m SOBBING. The ending killed me. I’m pregnant and I’m going to be doing it alone. I’m terrified but so thankful for this.
