It was a bad mistake replacing Pete Duel with Roger Davis! No reflection on Roger, but after 'Smiler with a gun' ? Heyes and Curry were cousins, they could have changed the show's direction and bring in another family member?

Very nice tribute to a wonderful actor. AS&J was my favourite tv show growing up. Was really sad when I heard he had passed away. RIP Pete you are missed by many, many people you never knew but were and are still fans to this day.

I've got a special place in my 💜 for, Pete...I was 7 yrs old when he, passed. I vaguely remember him as being the 1st person that, died when I was younger, that I'd grown to care, for. I was pretty much raised on T.V. having had lived in multiple dysfunctional, environments as a, kid. I watched AS & J all the, time. Growing up, whenever I needed comfort; like a warm hug, Pete's energy would somehow surround, me. What a lovely person/energy to have around, me. God Bless You Pete and, any/all left behind in the wake of your, passing. 🥀💋🥀

How beautiful, I've been an Alias Smith and Jones fan since the series was first shown in the UK; both Ben Murphy and Pete Deuel were good actors but Pete Deuel was always my favorite - tall, slim build with dark brown hair and dark brown eyes. RIP Pete Deuel🌹

This was a wonderful collection of memories. Such a beautiful smile, beautiful face, his inner warmth shining through his eyes and expressions. He was my childhood hero. My ideal type in looks and personality. AS&J was one of the best tv shows ever made. My friends and I knew all the funny lines of the show by heart, haha. He and Ben had such wonderful chemistry. For years I always refused to eat anything on 31 December; just my peculiar way of remembering and grieving for him.

Lovely video. Peter was definitely a very physically attractive guy. But so much of his charisma and warmth came from an inner being who had a strong conscience, a caring heart, an intelligent mind and a true sense of honor and goodness. Those characteristics reflected in his deep concern for the natural environment, the native peoples of America, a love for animals and an inner drive to make the world a better place. If only his impatience and frustrations did not get in his way, he would have made this a better world. Thirty one years was simply not enough. Although those who love him will never forget him.

This was a brilliant tv series and Pete Duel was a terrific actor . Alongside his co.star Ben Murphy, they had a magical chemistry that lasted right up to his tragic death. Alias Smith and Jones was never the same again following his sad departure from this world. Rest in Peace , Pete Duel, you brought a lot of happiness to a lot of people.
