I used to really trash on reaction videos before I found some channels that actually shared genuine enthusiasm or insightful criticism for what they were hearing (Shoutout to Lost in Vegas, they're great). Never seen a musician react to reactions of their own work, though. What an interesting twist! Some reactors absolutely pause to share their thoughts several times throughout a song. I prefer these a lot since it's cool to hear what excites or throws someone off about the song. I'm not a musician myself, but often wonder what people would feel from listening to my art if I were. Kinda livin' vicariously through this video. :)

"The ones with a lot of talking at the beginning are hard" -- I completely agree. I love reaction videos, but I quickly click off the ones that talk for three minutes before starting the song. (By the way, I found your videos through reaction videos, so they definitely serve a purpose.) :-)

I love you guys, and especially the song Awakening. I think i must have seen almost every reaction on youtube to that song. I love seeing people discovering how great you guys are. Not so fun if i dont believe that they like it, or they actually show or say they dont. Usually is everyone really impressed.

In addition to Charismatic Voice, check out Tank the Tech (his reaction to Soulbound in particular was priceless) and it's worth watching Julia Nilon's reaction to Awakening just for how she responded to your opening wail *alone.*

Hey Slayes, as someone who’s watched these reactors for a long time I can tell you that you would for sure be successful if you continued your reaction videos. Us metalheads already love you and that would be a great base to start from. You could watch your own songs and also check out other metal bands and talk from your unique perspective. It’s so obviously going to work. Just a thought if you ever want to start a youtube career. So many of us would love it man. ✌🏻

As a fellow islander other end though. I came to be a big fan from a reaction video of awakening. I've found best reactors are voice coaches and fellow musicians.

Hi Brittney, not sure if you'll see this on an old video but I have to say that I just found Unleash the Archers yesterday and have been absolutely blown away by what I have seen and heard. Yourself and every one of your band members are extremely talented and I can't believe that you're not more well known. The fact that you all are basically from my backyard (Langley, just out of Vancouver) just blows my mind doubly so! I hope to see you live one day. Keep on rockin'!

Today is the day! There's Hope for Power Metal Music! First time listening to many songs from Unleash the Archers, and that band Nail it. Reminds me a lot about the old school, UDO, Deep Purple, Heart, all those amazing bands from the past. You and mates brought back the Good Old Times a new FIRE! A Torch Bigger than Himalaya! When it comes to reaction videos, you tend to get better communication from the "voice coach" or "vocal coach" reaction channels, or channels that have a "music" background of some kind. They tend to analyse and dissect a lot of aspects. You might enjoy those types more. Just type in "vocal coach reacts" or "voice coach reacts"
