Thank you for removing that lead . It's not only garbage, but as it dissolves it becomes a contaminant. It covers only a small area, but that's not a reason to drop it or leave it there as it ultimately adds another dangerous substance to other water problems (sewage, fertilizer runoff, chemical waste etc.). Good on these people for using their dive time and equipment to undo some careless/clueless/lazy person's mess . Anyone removing so much as a plastic cup from a body of water is to be thanked as well
