Interesting how the people of the arctic circle from all directions share certain physical and cultural traits, even overlapping in song and belief structure occasionally. Compare this Sami singer with the Inuit throat singers and cultures of the American plains.

Yes,you do.The Cows and Ploys was settled last yr.Some band members did receive,48,000 each.Total cost,50 million.2 billion for Canadian band members in 2011,some received 100,000 due to physical,sexual abuse in Residential Schools.I googled it.
