I had been hearing about this guy as i had been looking up more persona 3 stuff and how everybody was hyping his playthrough up. I was enjoying his vibe for about half this video but once he hit tartarus i started to really dislike him? Hes the type of person that sees P5 as a goddend and it feels kind of elitist. Like i understand not liking the reload ost but hes so fvking negative. Hes so overly agressive with his preference. I know the chat was also being bad about the remakes music but i guess its just me. After tartarus i kinda warmed back up but i guess its something i will warm up to

P3 is very different structure wise and the fact that most of the party (outside of the girls later on) only get development through the story scenes... the social links (outside of like...idk 4 or 5 of them) aren't going to say anything interesting that makes Joe care. Hopefully the main story moments are decent enough for him...and at least there's no teddy

joe's playthru of p3r just reminded me how overrated p3 is against 4 and 5, at least to me personally. the music, the themes, the story, etc is all peak yet it felt lackluster, so many people look at this game through rose tinted glasses and dont notice the many cracks and flaws, but it is the best game for first time players in the franchise. p3r is amazing, but it felt like a cut down and worse p5 with a p3 coat of paint that excluded most of the things that made og 3 great. its rather fitting but p3r is a very dead feeling game, to me it felt empty, the gameplay loop is the worst in the series and it just made me want to play 4 and 5 even more 😭😭 also the good chunk of persona 3 fans who hated the new ost purely for mass destruction is pretty pathetic, i love both versions and its going down now is fantastic but 4 and 5 are simply better

Damn I really wish Joe watched Dungeon Meshi (so more people would watch it too). It has such a great story and characters that if the author wrote for any game it would be an instabuy for me.

I’m so happy chat is slowly starting to die down with the Reload VS FES comparisons, it was getting so annoying. Joe does a pretty good job with playing into it though. It was just getting old.
