    Nice video. May I know how you would setup the SLA timer to skip weekends? I have set our business hours from Mon-Fri at 8am-5pm. The warn date and failure date is correct. But the "Resolved by" countdown is not skipping the weekends. Appreciate your advice.

      you should be able to find them under case settings … it doesnt require a license

      it is the logical name of the field. i recommend downloading the tool level up … it shows you the logical name of the field

    Q.102 is incorrect. The basic difference in Power and dashboard is, we can create dashboard in Power bi service only whereas you can create Power Bi report in Power Bi desktop. Report has have multiple pages whereas dashboard is a single page dataset. In power bi report, we can create visuals from only single underlying dataset however in dashboard, we can incorporate the tiles from different datasets. Also, we can't see the underlying dataset for dashboards however we can see the data for report under data tab in Power BI desktop. These were some basic differences between Dashboard and Reports. ...Support if you find it correct. Thanks.

    How is a queue member able to send an mail from a shared mailbox queue, if they are not a member of the shared mailbox in Exchange?

      Hello, Thank you for your question. You dont need to be a member of the shared mailbox to be able to send emails from the shared mailbox in Dynamics. You need to make sure that the email address is added to a queue and the shared mailbox related to the queue has been approved and enabled. All users that have permissions to the queue should be able to use that queue to send an email. The users need to manual change the from of the email to the shared queue. You can also build a js to do that automatically for all users on load of a new email form. Hope this helps, PS Adding users member to shared mailbox in exchange only gives them access to the mail in Outlook

      You are right. U can see distinct and unique Values in both Column Profile and Column Distribution. but not Column Quality profile.
