I hate how line 15 is worded. For someone not paying much attention to the exact wording or doesn't understand the difference, it can sound like you are subtracting, in your example, 13,850 from 52,059 which if subtracted the wrong way gets you a negative number. However, if someone only made 20,000 in a year, and they were head of household, line 15 would be 800 if subtracted the wrong way.

If a person looks at form 4868 there are NINE lines to fill out. The difficult part is line 4 which is the estimate of total tax liability of 2023.

This video title is very misleading. You simply walked us through the process of reading the screen and paying to file taxes. My 12 year old can do that. I viewed the video because, as Elizabeth Warren has warned, Turbo Tax herds you into the pay to file option. I am a 10 year TurboTax user helping my daughter file and we want her to be able to file for free. You need to change the title of this video.
