I absolutely can't wait to get my Renu once i save up enough $$. One idea i was thinking of is making it big enough for two adults and also enough jets (for when you want to use it as a hot tub) you can get all the jet action of a normal high end hot tub and not have to buy a separate hot tub with all the jets??? just a thought
Wait you guys didn’t put wheels on this? This thing weighs 350lb how will you move this? And you only offer curb side delivery? Come one guys, you are charging $11k but can’t these basic things in place? Wheels and white glove delivery? This isn’t customer centric
@samuraijack1371 We are very customer centric and take all feedback and criticism seriously. Incorporating wheels into something this size is not as easy as it may seem from a liability standpoint and white glove delivery for something this size can be extremely costly. Most customers are fine moving the unit themselves and would prefer to spend less on the tank than paying what would average out to close to another $2k for the tank with white glove service. We are usually able to accommodate those that really need white glove for an additional charge.
I live in the Chicago metro . Can this be used indoors?
Eric, our units can be used indoors or outdoors. There is always some level of risk with putting a water containing device like this in the home, but it's a rather low risk. Also, keep in mind that the Cold Stoic 3.0 has freeze protection, so if the water dips below a certain temperature, the heater will kick on long enough to heat the water up enough to keep from freezing

How often does the second filter on the inside of the tub have to be changed? Would that mean we need too drain the water everytime as well?
The secondary filter should last anywhere from 1-3 months depending on the amount of use the tank gets. You can easily change the secondary filter without emptying the tank. You just need to close both of your shut off valves to isolate the water in the tank and then you can do the filter change.
