@@magsdunne4094 I would not recommend putting sugar on the apples in this recipe, it can ruin the cake. If you really want, you can put some sugar but only a little and just sprinkle powdered sugar on the cake after it cools down.

Now..... I have a question.... I am Greek, make these all the time and cilantro is not Greek, no idea what it's doing in there, and would like to know why we are mixing Mexican ingredients with Greek please 👼. They're not Greek if the ingredients are not Greek. Do they taste good either way, yes. It's the labelling that's the issue
I beg to differ. Cilantro (a.k.a. fresh coriander) is definitely used in Greek recipes. I've seen Akis Petrezikis use in many of his.

No, I prefer to leave the skin on while cooking salmon. The skin comes off easily after cooking.
