After 45 years, I have started the MoBa hobby with Maerklin digital again, and am sharing videos about the development of my layout and new rolling stock on this channel.
Now, about a year later, I am running both AC and DC trains with analog & digital control on a Marklin C-Track and Bachman E-Z Track and another Marklin M-Track layout. Not much landscaping or buildings yet, but lots of plans to go into the 2nd or 3rd level when I retire...
And before I retire, I am selling a large portion of my model car collection to make room for a larger train layout. Please check out my eBay store at the link below and find what you have been looking for.

Very nicely out and run! I just picked up one of these up myself in a used lot seems like a pretty well-built locomotive.
Thanks for the feedback. I bought them in a lot, and unfortunately, both has split gears. However, they are readily available, and the repair is pretty easy.
@@tomsmaerklintrainlayout6742 the one I picked up has a brass looking worm gear that connects the 2 trucks together I've never seen one like this one, although I'm pretty new to the hobby all my other locomotives have the little u-joints and plastic couplers.

Does Jouef have a 141 R for AC? I like the Märklin INOX coaches. Hard to get nowadays.

Thanks for the comment, Alberto. However, the loco is made by Bachmann (not sure if it is based on the Rivarossi model), and seems to be a metal construction (it's heavy), at least the chassis.

Danke fuer den Kommentar, aber ich seh das nicht so eng. Da ich 2021 mit C-Gleis wieder angefangen habe und mehrere Kartons M-Gleise fuer den Schattenbahnhof gekauft hatte, war das der erste Plan. Dann kam mein Interesse an dem Orient Express, was zu den ersten Gleichstrom und AC analogen Loks und Zuegen gefuehrt hat. Mal sehen, wohin die Reise noch geht...😁

Thanks for the positive comment, Anthony. I don't know the difference between F7 & F9, but they are 4-axle while E8 and E9 are 6-axle diesel locos. In any case, it seems like anything "Santa Fe" related is always more attractive...
