Been using nano tape to install these units onto the battery box or other locations. The tape seems to hold very well even considering the heat in the engine compartment.

I've never had so much trouble buying from this company since my first order last year finally went through after being told that my British debit card was not acceptable and at the time I was told that Paypal also was unnavailable. I now would like to buy more. Now some 16 months later country is not recognised by their software so my postcode and phone number also triggered refusal. In despair via email I suggested Paypal [also to avoid a rather savage $25 currency conversion charge from P.tech]. I was told that their site now accepts Paypal, the same problems arose so it seems that I may well have to purchase similar products elsewhere. Email responses are polite yet ineffective.. strange in this modern world where 99 times out of 100 being relieved of one's money is the easiest part of the transaction!

Thank you for your question. The current draw of the PowerPulse is around 10 milli-amps. Although this is a very low amount of energy, we recommend using the PowerPulse only on batteries that are charged regularly - at least monthly.

What the current draw?

Lead sulfate is solid. It is never in solution. Thus you cannot “return it to electrolyte” because it never was in electrolyte. Over time, lead sulfate seems to move to a more stable configuration that resists being converted back into sulfuric acid and lead. The pulses likely randomly convert lead sulfate back into lead and sulfuric acid while newer lead sulfate is being generated elsewhere, which would effectively keep the lead sulfate freshly made, which avoids the more stable configuration that occurs in older lead sulfate. Older lead sulfate could be affected at a much slower rate, which might explain why some old batteries are said to see a benefit too.

I just received my 48v system one today. I'm installing it on my Ryobi zero turn ZT480e that I purchased in March 2022. Battery levels dropped to 70%, and the blades stopped turning. I got about 20 minutes of cut time. I'm hoping this low-cost solution will solve my battery issue.
