Fantastic day. Can't wait for solid food. For now, sticking with my liquid diet. Herbal teas and bone broth. Cheers!!😀

Breaking 15 day water fast - Day 1
มุมมอง 382 ปีที่แล้ว
Getting out of an extended fast is as important as keeping one. One needs to ease their way out of it so that one stays stable - physically, mentally and emotionally. Stick around and keep watching.
Day 15 of water fasting!
มุมมอง 802 ปีที่แล้ว
Finally the day is here when I end my water fast. These past 15 days have been incredible for the journey within. I've learned that introspection and contemplation is a never ending process. One which needs to be balanced out with observations and actions. Thank you so much for watching. Stay tuned for more. Day 13 water fasting

Grateful for the day. It showed me the mirror that I wanted to see. First step is realization of your mistakes and the next is to correct. Finally , you rinse and repeat till the time the ego is destroyed.

Day 11 of water fasting
มุมมอง 192 ปีที่แล้ว
Going beyond the 10 days mark feels sublime. Had a good experience today. Besides the usual benefits of water fasting, had a very peaceful and profound day. I've packed a story for you in today's video log. I know I have to work on my story telling skills, well one has to start at some point. Life is good.
10 days of water fasting
มุมมอง 312 ปีที่แล้ว
Day 10 is here. A bit rough on the edges but smooth on the inside. A good milestone for me. Renouncing food for so long has its ups and downs but if healing is the mission then everything is worth it. Sometimes our mind needs stress to toughen up and evolve then relaxation. I'm grateful for the work pressure and the complexities of life which are helping me out to become a stronger and refined ...
Day 9
มุมมอง 162 ปีที่แล้ว
It's been 9 days. Hard to believe I've come so far only on water diet. I would continue this blissful journey for now. I'm grateful for the support from my loved ones as well as each and everyone of you.
Day 8 water fasting
มุมมอง 422 ปีที่แล้ว
Ahhh, what an amazing time to live in. Eight days without food helped change my perspective towards life. It has been profoundly helpful. It has centered me, enhanced my focus and recharged my cognitive abilities. Thanks to the universe for such an opportunity. Thankful for being truly alive. 😁

Day 5
มุมมอง 322 ปีที่แล้ว
Not so great not so bad. Physically I've gotten used to the fasting state. Emotionally I gained a new insight. This is way longer than my usual uploads but hey it's an exceptional day. Sometimes we need to cut each other some slack. After all we're just souls drifting around in this universe, trying to reach our destiny.
Day 4
มุมมอง 162 ปีที่แล้ว
The fasting continues, best day so far. Feeling giddy for no reason at all.😁 I guess that's what existence is all about. I might have made few grammatical slip-ups while talking that's because I'm just too excited. I will do some yoga to calm myself down before hitting the sack. You guys dream on. And do share, like and subscribe. Ciao!

"Big ol D*#k" - Scene from Good boys 2019
Marillion for me.
ELP. PINK FLOYD Genesis TOP 3 4 ME❤
Pink Floyd, Queen and Deep Purple are not prog bands. In my opinion, Kansas is the Greatest Prog Rock band of all time. You can rank the others however you like.
Most of them I highly rated among prog heads. Look at their progarchieves
Doctors Of Madness? Van der Graaf Generator??
Queen and Deep Purple... ??? (...).
BJH,Fruup, Beggars Opera, Strawbs.
Motorhead ?
Captain Beyond.
Dorzuciłbym BJH,Fruupp,Egg,The Strawbs.
Deep purple and Queen are not pioneers of prog rock
Gypsy every day, all day long.
There are so many awesome bands out there that did not get mentioned ....prog on everybody
Very nice selection
Soft Machine, Jade Warrior, Magma, Arthur Brown's Kingdom Come, Third Ear Band... 😵💫
REALLY UNDERRATED GREAT PROG BANDS ARE T2 AND EXODUS.....
AN ANOUNCER OF THIS MOVIE IS A FUCKING GERMAN THAT'S WHY ALL THOSE BULLOCKS IN THIS MOVIE AND THAT TERRIBLE ACCENT......
Only idiots call crappy queen "progressive band"......
Atomic Rooster and Curved Air should be on that list.
Where is Uriah Heap On this list!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
others underrated progressive rock band : IQ, barclay james harvest, eloy. From france
And yet again... The entire Italian prog scene is sadly forgotten. PFM, Arti e Mestieri, Il Ballett di Bronzo, Museo Rosensbach, Area, Banco, Picchio dal Pozzo, Maxaphone, and many more, are as good as any of the other underrated bands on this list. Gentle Giant is a bit of a special case, because, they are so great, that it is impossible for them to be correctly rated.
Asia Minor is Turkish, it's very good.
Gentle Giant is the only prog rock band i listen yet ( encore) today. The other band are passé date , best before .
As a greek I appreciate the inclusion of Aphrodites child
Styx qualifies as progressive rock
Camel first as underrated prog rock band, also Barclays James Harvest
I would put Os Mutantes and Violeta de Outono, both from Brazil.
glad to see someone includes Pavlovs Dog,,, very underrated, imo... - you might want to incldue "Eloy" from Germany...
Deep purple and the likes were just Rock groups who were playing during Progressive era. Progressive Rock groups were those who exploited their music to the max. Yes, king crimson, gentle giant, early genesis, quintessence, etc were where proper prog groups.
barkley james harvest deserves a place here in my opinion
I would never consider Queen as progressive rock.
URIAH HEEP British LEGENDS
Wishbone Ash?
The selection is definitely imperfect. GG are up there - and it's great, though.
pavlovs dog are the only american progressive band who sound as if they come from the uk
I do not agree. Happy the Man, Cathedral, The Muffins, Yezda Urfa, are a few that sounded as if the could have been British. But I am not sure why that is even important. Some of the best prog ever, from the past and the present, comes from Italy. It does not sound very British at all. And its dissimilarity is something that makes it rival the quality of the Brits.
Gentle Giant 👍 acquiring the taste is a fun, different, fantastical listen. All great bands, but the more fantastical, the better.
Any group or act must do the very important thing to keep them on the Tops list. Give your audience what they want from you. Even if with a little twist or squeeze. Doing your own thing keeps you underground (in hidden places) often.
Мудрые слова 👍🏻
honestly the most underrated prog rock scene is by far Quebec, Canada. So many bands that released masterpieces in such a short amount of time. Bands like Contraction, Harmonium, Sloche, Incubus, Lasting Weep, Offenbach, Dionysos, Maneige, Solstice, Eden, Ungava and many more...
Ian Dury?
Anyone here remember Egg ?
Can believe you haven't included Van de Graaf Generator.
Renaissance, Gentle Giant Camel, VdGG and Caravan
Premiata Forneria Marconi
Isn't Uriah Heep under rated?
Camel: my favorite band
Dixie Dregs for God's sake!! Steve Morse was original and influenced Many.
Dude I was crying for you the entire game. 😂 It is one of the most beautiful games ever because it carries so much emotion. The blind forest as well was just absolutely devastating and yet so perfectly beautiful in it’s music and art design. One of my favorite game scores, and an incredible game.

Not a bad list but some of these are not underrated. Camel, Caravan and Gentle Giant are among the first names you stumble across while exploring the progressive classics.
