Such a great new technology. Arguably, the most advance truck ever made. Many are very intrigued. Many love it. Yet, to some it invokes anger rage and disgust. Here we discuss what that causes might be!

Excellent video, this is exactly what I'm planning on doing with my cyber truck. I am still trying to reach out to Breezer Windows to get one of their replacement windows so that I can circulate air from the cabin to the bed. Please everyone continue to pestor Tesla about allowing us to close the tonneau cover when in camp mode with self-leveling. Seems very odd that they would block us from allowing us to use the vehicle the way we want to I am thinking of building an induction cooktop kitchen which will fit in the frunk with an extension cord to the bed outlet. I will be removing the second row seats and putting in a refrigerator, microwave, and toolbox/accessories. Please continue to show more videos about your camping experiences with the cybertruck.
wow. you're not fooling around. Yeah. A window retro fit would be nice. Sliding glass would be helpful.
Here in Shitcago Illinois ive never seen one of these types of do it yourself carwashes that have thst MAG cleaner. They all just hav the tradional wash setting on one nozzle but no bug/mag special nozzle
I feel your pain. From NJ. They barely have DIY CARWASH. This setup is definitely a mountain and rural America thing. The car wash I showed is on canyon road. Your first stop coming out of the mountains.
Can you see at night with a tinted windshield?
Yes. Completely. 70% tiny seems to me to be all benefit no negative side effect.
Welcome to EV truck camping! Subscribed. You’re definitely one of the first pioneers.
I appreciate that!
Sadly I’m just now seeing your channel and I’m so glad I did. You provided very useful information to use for those interested in boon docking.
Glad it was helpful!
I thought the Cybertruck had a self-leveling option in camp mode to level the bed? Might be better than using a piece of wood haha
It does. But currently tied to Tesla tent setup.
@@CyberTruckOne please everyone continue to pestor Tesla to allow us to control our trucks the way we want because we own the trucks after all. They really need to allow us to close the tonneau when in camp mode with self-leveling.
Love the safety feature of the vault
GREAT VIDEO !
Thanks!
LOVE IT !
Thank you for the video, question: Is that a 9mm security system or 45?
Actually it’s a 40 w crimson trace grips.
@@CyberTruckOne Thank you very much for sharing. I will be doing wild camping (my first) and am leaning towards a 9mm which I am comfortable with, but may be not the wisest choice. Now with your comment, need to think some more, Thanks again!
Did this equipment come with the foundation series
Yes. Comes w V2 mobile connector.
@@CyberTruckOne ok thank u for letting me know... I'll look for this on delivery
I noticed when people make comments on my comments they say anything, but if it was in person they smile, wave, say hi, and would even say I like your truck. Many Ct owners are saying the same thing. Keep up this awesome work. Subscribed
This is exactly me. And what I plan on doing
I grew up in the Great Lakes region and used my Mazda Miata as my daily driver year round. Lightweight, rear wheel drive, and all season tires with open differential. Never a single issue at all. My point is, knowing how to drive in the snow is infinitely more important that relying solely on tires. If that little Miata can master old man winter without a hitch on all season tires, surely a vehicle with AWD will be that much better!
Thanks for sharing!
Just saw ur truck parked at Parker’s days
Yep. 😜
@@CyberTruckOne I’ve only watched a few videos so far but really like your channel
Drove my truck to Colorado all the way from central Indiana last week to see John. (In spirit at his Sanctuary.) I had this song playing as my GMC and I forded the Continental Divide. We were truly Rocky Mountain High in Colorado. ❤🏞
100% right, well said
We've vault camped several times in our Cybertruck since taking delivery in February, and, in fact, will be vault camping this weekend near Muskegon, MI. Sleeping in the vault provides a level of security you can't get tent camping. We typically set up a base camp with a 10 x 10 canopy, camp kitchen, privacy tent/toilet. We sometimes bring a propane generator to extend range on overland trips. Cybertruck is a good off-road vehicle. If traveling on dusty gravel/dirt roads I always plug up the 1/2" gap at the bottom of the gate to prevent road dust from getting into the vault.
thanks for the information.. enjoy
Great video, I'm pumped waiting on my Vin # for my Beast. So I'm single and travel all over in my Model Y Performance use a similar setup in back. I was bummed when I found out that rear window doesn't drop to allow hvac however it looks like I can raise those rear seats and sleep inside, thoughts?
Back seat is doable for one person. But it better be a child or short adult.
Nice.
Nice piece. SIG?
yeah, with crimson trace grips.. Had to modify the holster.
Love the Cybertruck, outdoor camping, boondocking, and love your channel name, " Cybertruck one" 😎👍. Looks like you & your wife enjoyed a pieceful boondocking out there with that futurelestic vehicle👍. Can't wait to have this awesome & amazing Cybertruck to go out door camping and overlanding as well. Order mine about 1 year half now, still waiting...loves your videos contents, sir. Please keep uploading. Subscribed
Thanks so much for the kind words.
I see you got the bear spray on your hip
Ha ha. We actually carry spray too. But it’s always better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.
Can you tell me where you found the disco balls or how I can reproduce the light show experience you had inside your truck?
You need magnetic side shelves to make a camp kitchen for your coffee pot, induction plate, mugs and plates.
Haha. Yes, I suppose we could do an outside shelf.
Thanks so much. I ordered the product and will give it a try today on out CT.
Your idea is wonderful. The product works great. We have the small bottle size and have ordered the gallon size which is cheaper by the oz as the results are fantastic. Thanks again!
honestly i'd be slightly afraid of not being able to get out of the vault
Did u watch the entire video???
lmfao
?
Is there enough airflow to close the tonneau cover all the way?
Yes. Closing it completely is fine. Of course the warmer it gets the more u might have to moderate your sleeping bag, sheets, blankets etc. Without a cooling source finding a place that isn’t very hot is key. Being inside fully closed isn’t bad in my view.
I don't recommend it. I've measured the CO2 level using an Aranet 4 meter with the tonneau cover completely closed. The CO2 level quickly rose to between 2000 to 3000 ppm with two people in the vault. A healthy level is under 1000 ppm. Fresh air is 400 ppm. Higher CO2 levels will cause drowsiness and reduce mental acuity. Just a 1 inch opening will significantly reduce CO2 build up in the vault.
@@MsAjax409 Thanks for the info... BTW, you're talking to a country who wore and continues to wear masks for a virus particle 1000 times smaller than a human hair. Half the country has been inhaling high levels of CO2 for 4 years! The vault is prob a improvement.. Unless of course you wear a mask under the tonneau! LOL
just lol....
When l was a teenager, Panel Vans were popular with my friends..... we'd go to Drive-ins and do fun stuff, just like l see you do with CT
So far, I have only one car full of young teens, who, to my surprise, give me thumbs down. All others are very nice, waving, taking photos,, etc
Was in Vegas. A million thumbs up. It was great. I’ve noticed, The woker the town, the more common the negative reaction. Kids are almost always positive. My guess if you had a car full of kids whose parents are of one extreme or the other.
@@CyberTruckOne funny part is that they were in an old Corolla-size car and had a modified muffle, making a loud noise on the purse pushing for a race. I smile at them .
Thank you so much! This is why I got the truck! Any tips and tricks for camping in the truck I certainly do appreciate for traveling and boon docking
Happy to help.
I've had my Cybertruck for two months now and it's been an amazing experience. Mostly just how perfect the truck is for my needs, but also I have experienced hundreds of positive reactions of joy, excitement and wonderment and answered a ton of questions from amazed strangers. On the other hand, three angry people have flipped me off as we approached one another in traffic. It was nothing I did, because we were just meeting normally, each in our own lane going 25 mph. But they looked super angry, enraged even, as they leaned forward so they could flip the bird up against their windshield to make sure I could see their anger. I just give them an enthusiastic thumbs up and a big enthusiastic smile to show them how much I love my truck. I wish I could explain it, but all I can come up with is they are the real irrational, real weirdos in our society. And it makes sense too, I would expect about 1 percent of people to be irrational weirdos. I mean, even homeless street bums like it and give me positive vibes when I exit the Cybertruck, like I brought a little joy to their day. Even homeless, street bum drug and alcohol addicts are more normal, more human, than these angry and irrational Cybertruck haters. I thought the original Hummer, when it first hit the streets, was an awful gas-guzzling vehicle with poor handling dynamics making them not very suitable as general transportation. But I let the owners live out their paramilitary Hummer fantasy in peace. I mostly felt pity, not anger, for people driving such a cramped, gutless gas-guzzler. The Cybertruck, is at the other end of the spectrum. Super cheap operating costs, great driving dynamics and accident-avoidance capabilities, can pack a huge load of firewood, big furniture items, appliances, bicycles, etc. and it's still super nimble in tight spaces and the cabin is comfortable, airy and peaceful with an excellent stereo. Why are people so angry? I think they have some deep-seated issues that the Cybertruck brings out. That's what it feels like to me. Elon Musk is an over-achiever by anyone's standards. Maybe it reminds them of what a failure they have been, maybe Elon's achievements make theirs look trivial in comparison.
Love your security system 🤣. I'm taking my truck camping soon. You can cool with an EcoFlow Wave 2. It works great and uses about 200w on eco or 400 on max. Which is a lot of runtime in the truck. It'll also heat but better off with an electric blanket for that!
Thanks for the info.
Could a DIY slide out enclosed hard-sided bed extender be securely attached (with tailgate down and tonneau closed) to give 2 extra feet of interior space and room for an integrated AC/heater unit? BTW, I've subscribe to follow camper development and tips like these--Thanks!
I’d think yes. But things get complicated. Less room. More headaches and cost. Would be great to retrofit rear window for camping mode.
@@CyberTruckOne Yea that's what I was thinking a sliding glass rear window. Attach a small fan to circulate the air around from cabin, and you could sleep 5. Doing hard side panels that can attach to the bolt points on sides would be pretty good for camping. You wouldn't lose range getting to your destination that way with panels stowed in the vault.
Great video!
Thanks, i appreciate it!
Thanks for washing and recording at the same time.
worst truck ever lol
Yes. So shitty you’re spending your free time watching videos about how to clean it. Get a life. Or admit you secretly love it.
I think the Dodge Dakota Convertible would be a contender.
@@CyberTruckOnelol rent free living in their heads. Gonna try your method today, I hope I can find a local wash with that “mag” soap
You claim to dislike the CT and will never have the 100k to own one so all you can do is trash talk it. What a loser.
I thought that compartment has a locking mechanism inside its latch?
It does not.
Running my cyber truck through a touchless car wash cleans it perfectly, absolutely no fingerprints on the vehicle. I don’t even have to dry it as I have about a 2 mile drive home.
Anybody that is mad about me owning a Cybertruck... fuck you! You are a jealous piece of shit and you need to mind your business. That is exactly what you should tell the haters... Great video. I love my Cybertruck too. Salute 🫡
This truck is trash!!!!!!
Yes. That why you spend your free time watching these videos. I’m currently watching Broadway showtunes because I can’t stand them.
SUPER clean fridge
thank for the tip !
I tried this on my Cybertruck. The truck was close to perfect afterwards and it is far easier than the more careful "hand wash" I was doing. I used Adam's Car Wash Shampoo (Gallon) - pH Car Wash Soap for Snow Foam Cannon from Amazon in a foam Cannon and my pressure washer. Super fast and easy
Great to hear
These high maintenance trucks sounds gay. I’ll just stick with my 2010 Silverado
Hatters are gonna hate. Small little usually poor with issues in their life. In one year there are going to be so many cybertrucks that the haters heads will explode.
All of these hateful comments are made by people who will never have the money to buy one. Or any other new truck for that matter. If you dont like it that's fine then dont buy it.
I don’t think it’s really about the money, maybe sometimes. Ironically, the truck isn’t more expensive than half of top end ones Hell a raptor is more expensive. As stated here, I think it’s politics like everything else on the planet these days.
@@CyberTruckOne Fair enough. But in a year they will be so common the haters will need to find something else to hate.
I'm a huge fan of both Tesla and Elon but don't care for the CT due to its design. Nevertheless, I would never bash someone for their personal tastes.
Thanks. I agree. If asked I’d certainly give my opinion. But to scream angrily at strangers says something about our current state of affairs. And unfortunately, it’s not good.
Woke Karen's. 😂 🎯
