If you're going to report then report on facts not on rumours. Did you interview the shop owner as to why his electricity was cut off? Electrical hazard? non payment of bill? What did the new owners of the buildings have to say? We had a similar situation when the building on the corner of Bride St/Main St was sold. Eventually the new owner had to go public and quash all the rumours. By all means report on local issues but get the facts straight first.
