What is Jin Shin Jyutsu?

We do this by using our hands and 26 energy sites (SELs) on the body.

Oh, I now realize I have always done it the other way round .. left hand on my head and right hand moving down the body. Is it ok too or wrong?
ok too, but BE your own testimony. What feels most comfortable for you? And that might change over time too.

A day after watching this video I went for a walk and my legs were really hurting. So I tried holding the 15s while walking. 5 minutes later I realized I had forgotten that my legs had even hurt. Thank you Astrid❤

try working with one hand and then the other. become aware of any differences. you might feel that one hand is more comfortable to work with than the other. everyone is different. in my experience, working with the fingers of one hand can help me feel very different (in a good way!), so I don't often do all 10 fingers unless I give myself the time and space to do so.

Hi Astrid. Thank you for the upload. How would I know if my body is acidic and when I could benefit from this hold. Does this balance acidity via the lungs getting rid of more co2 or excretes it through the kidneys.
