Great tip
I want to thank you for this video, it was able to get me going!
You can also just set your colors as the machine is threaded and then save it as a template. Then when you create a new project, just select new project from template. This way you can name many different set ups and not have to have those boxes
Yes you can, but the issue is that as soon as you paste in a design with different colors, it will replace those needles. This is why I created the little tatami boxes. I can easily CTRL+A/Delete and move on with my new design.
which version of wilcom is this?
ES4.5
Good live thanks
I can't see any comments on the replay
That’s so cool, I’d love to see more chain stitch videos
Thanks
I'd like to see this procedure accomplished in DG17.
Can is it the same way with Wilcom 4.5
Good live thanks
Thank you for your lesson. but I have a question when I finish design on Tajima machine, the Needle always cut the center, I want to where the end last trim
Great video, couldn't figure out on my Mac :(
Good live thanks
Great job guys! THANKS!
how to display properties on the right side
Click on the view tab and then toolbars and docking dropdown menu. You can select it there.
Hello! What is the name of the font you are using?thanks!
Thank you :^)
Do you make the text smaller on longer last names? Or do you adjust all to be the same as to the longest name? This will be according to size restraints given by the customer?
Just one comment/suggestion: because you know the program inside and out, you are clicking on items very quickly. Please TRY to slow down a bit so people can see what you're clicking on.
Definitely something I can do. Just recently TH-cam extended the time I'm allowed to have it be a "short" video. It went from one minute to 3 minutes. It gives us a little more time to explain and slow down!
@jefffuller6515 Thank you, Jeff.
What if we dont have an arc tool button and we DO have the DG17 program?
Nobody will explain how to use the stitch calculator in the software. I keep having to guess the stitch counts like rain man. How did you learn how to use this software?
When is your website going to go live, it's been sitting idle for a long time.
Is the MG-3U the only machine that can do these types of borders? Do other brands make machines that can achieve this?
Does your pc have to be connected to the machine or will it act as a bluetooth and find my pc?
This is connected via ethernet network.
great tip
So much easier than using tape. Thank you
When will your website be fully upgraded and ready to view?!?
good evening gentleman
This is awesome!
Can you not tell the software in the settings that there should be a lock stitch at the beginning and end of each segment and also a trim at the end of each segment?
Would you recommend sticking with Tajima software if that’s the machine I have or will one of the others suffice? What’s your preference regardless of cost?
...finally someone who works in DG17, I'm looking forward to it🙂
One day, I will own this machine!
I I I I need this@
Thank you!
Can i ask what is difference between chroma luxe and DG 17 which is the best
DG17 is the best if you have tajima machine
I need this. Thank you so much.
Glad it was helpful!
what kind on backing do you use to make a patch?
Usually a 2.5oz cutaway stabilizer and hook velcro
What are your thoughts about thd sprint 8 ?
Hi, I started following you. I've been in the market for 30 years and I'm starting to use this new Pulse. I'd like to know how you manage to have smaller icons or tools? Or what size monitor do you have? I'd like to have more work space.
Under Windows you can change your display scaling if you right click your desktop and do display settings. Then there's a setting with a percentage.
@@EmbroideryNerd Thanks, it helped me but now everything looks bigger. I have a 27 inch monitor. Could you recommend an optimal monitor size for digitize on Pulse?
Very helpful tip. I have all my customers buy them. I've found that at times the 3' length cords may not allow the control panel to read the stick. Keep up the great info!
I could certainly see that happening, but the controller inside this Tajima unit is the ICP WAFER-5825 which supported it. But I could see that being annoying to have to troubleshoot for one of your clients.
Thank you great content. Quick load into my chroma lux software. However I have a question for you. It has files in my FONTS folder is the extracted fonts. like ._Grace1HA.dst etc. There is no pictures. Appear it has all the files for all the letters plus number per file names. It doesn't load anything. Am I doing something incorrect? Purchased from an etsy buyer. I appreciate your knowledge and now following you. Just trying to load a simple beam font (not in my computer fonts) for baby names on baby clothes. thank you
Just tried an other dst file (Not Font) purchased through ETSY and followed the same directions. It loaded perfectly in Chroma and clicked onto the screen perfectly. I have emailed vendor. Not sure what else to do. Any ideas?
@@MindyB-qd8dx it's highly likely that the ._ at the beginning of the file name is what is causing the issue. Typically when I see files named like that they were compressed on a Mac computer and that is the backup file. There should be some that are named the same without the ._ at the beginning.
Didnt plug it right the first time lol
That doesn't matter. You could have it right the first time, but it's always going to be wrong haha!
@EmbroideryNerd skill issue, you didn't use the sniper scope 6000 for the low cost of $999.99
Curious as to whether the sequence view shows tie-ins and tie-offs.
It does commands for the object but not Tie-in/offs specifically. That requires you to select the object.
@@EmbroideryNerd I meant to add that to my earlier inquiry. If I first select an object, the sequence view would show the ties?
Absolutely Fabulous play by play of How To! Thanks Guys!
Thanks for the awesome feedback.
Got a question, i have a 7 year old embroidery machine, it doesn't stitch well unless i tighten the upper thread the ratio of upper to lower is 20:1 i guess, where should i check?
Is this on all needles or just one? If it's just one, is your thread path clean and correctly threaded?
Question: if I receive a large batch of digitized files, is there a way to change the default thread colors so I don’t need to change them to match our 15 thread machine in Chroma with every file? DST files weren’t made on Chroma, so the number of colors is correct but preview shows just random colors when it’s opened in Chroma on my end.
Unfortunately there is no way to do this in bulk as color data is not stored in DST files. You would need to open each in Chroma, set the colors, then save as an .RDE file. It's cumbersome, but this is the way it works in every digitizing software due to the limitations of a DST file.
Thank u very much
