I am very impressed with their service! I recently bought a bag and it only took a day or two for them to authenticate and the item was shipped the same day! It came well-packaged, with eBay authenticity tags and they even provided their own dust bag embroidered with the name of their company even though the item came with its own dust bag. Overall a very pleasant experience shopping at eBay!

Oh no….I was just getting ready to go into the Palo Alto store. Between rude sales people and not getting any of the “good stuff” should I just wait a few weeks for when I go to local store??? So disappointing since most of the people I have dealt with on my trip here have been great. And I’m trying to avoid going into the city.

There's a post on Reddit by an eBay seller. She sold a luxury bag with RCT, dustbag etc. It goes to be authenticated, it passes & is forwarded to the buyer. Buyer then decided they wanted to return the item. Reason for return was BUYER FELT BAG WAS FAKE (no I'm not joking, I wish I was/ just tried to find the Reddit post to include a screenshot, can't find it) So eBay allowed the return, on a bag they just authenticated, for the reason that buyer feels it is not authentic ! FFS someone please help me make sense of this utter lunacy!! The seller is beyond confused & prob tearing her hair out , poor girl. I am speechless. eBay you need to do better than this!!!

Hi, so I am hoping you could help answer a question concerning eBay and the possibility of a buyer to have an outside Authenticity company to do a double check while the bag is still at eBay . IF not, can i have it done after i receive it and then if not, get a return accepted by eBay even if seller doesn’t accept returns? Also, besides looking to see if the bag is authentic, do they really thoroughly check to see if its in new condition as claimed by a seller? And finally, which outside authenticity company do you have the most faith in?

I’m new to your channel and I’m so glad to have found you. I am hoping you might advise me on something with eBay. I am disabled and have never had a chance to visit high end boutiques. I bought a handbag from real real and it was misrepresented. I haven’t used it except once, as it is physically painful to me in my condition. I have wanted a Certain Chanel handbag for 3 yrs. I found one on eBay advertised as new in box, but I can’t know if there are flaws and the seller doesn’t allow returns. It is under eBay authentication, does that cover a flaw I may find? What happens if I find an issue not picked up on by eBay? Thanks so much

The new medium Kelly has a soft caviar; I was so surprised at the difference when I received it from the same SA in NY who sold me my black caviar classic flap. Seriously thinking about replacing my caviar flap bag for a lambskin. Thank You for this video.

My friend bought this Hermes at The real real because it was a fake and they finally refunded it and went ahead with the sale. I don't know who the next customer is going to buy this handbag. I will go on to upload nearly ten fake Hermes handbags sold by their company.

I have a buyer returning a gold chain because she says the clasp doesnt work properly. This chain went through the authenticator process and passed. If they do such a good job, why didn't they catch the clasp issue? It was fine when I shipped it. I dont accept returns but now I'm forced to give a refund because the buyer claims the item was misrepresented even though ebays authent8ctors didn't find any issue, that I'm aware of. What a scam!

I love the design of Un nano and debating between few colors, like black, taupe and sandalwood. I wanted to ask, would you descrive this bag as very small or just normal small? Online images are so hard to understand. I heard some people say it extremely small in person compared to the pictures on the website.

eBay authenticity is trash. Products are getting held for weeks. No one has time to wait that long

Disappointed in mine, mainly because I blistered on the first day, they are a VERY stiff shoe and they run small and even the sales clerk said I needed to size up, I am usually a consistent 38 but for the 38 1/2, not sure if I should have got the 39 , they do have half sizes in Canada and on the website. Will try to find someone who will stretch them for me or will consider selling them, which is a first for me. I really liked the look of them but now I’m not sure. They can look nice with dressy- casual outfits & skirts.

Your video popped up in my feed 3 years later lol. This is still 1 of my favorite backpacks. I loved the small size so much that I now have 2 lol . I have it in the light denim with gold hardware and black lambskin with gold hardware. I totally would have gone for silver hardware in either but gold was what was available so I took it and I loveee it. I’m definitely going to hang on to both and pass them to my granddaughter some day ! Especially since Chanel has gotten so ridiculously overpriced ?
