This is an almost note by note copy of Tito Puente’s late 1980s version with his Latin Ensemble. Except the solos aren’t as good.

I am very familiar with the original and I gotta say that this arrangement does the Piece justice very well. Notice that it took 3 percussionists to replace Joe Morello and two players to replace Desmond. How timeless is this piece?
