I booked two hotel apartments. The apartments are very bad and do not live up to 5 stars. The furniture is old and has scratches, the smell of the apartment is unacceptable, and the refrigerator has an unpleasant odor.

I used to stay here years ago. Always in a club room. It was ok until a crowd of probably alcoholics from the UK furniture trade found out about it and ruined the ambience. After then they Stopped free drinks in the club.

Have stayed at the Mercure many times it’s a first class hotel great staff great food clean and comfortable rooms two minutes from the wonderful beach

Thank you for the video. I actually won't be staying here, now that I have seen it. I would've been so disappointed. Pankor Laut is sooo much better for a similar price. The Hilton in KL is even better than this place. I can't imagine having a balcony where people can see me from the dining area, and is 10Cm from the next balcony. No privacy, at all.

Great review and very helpful, thank you very much. How about the location? I am looking at SAVV hotel on trip advisor and their location seems more central. Right or wrong? How about the free tourist bus? Is there a stop close to the Courtyard? Finally: who gets access for breakfast in the Gin Library? Breakfast looked great! Is it for status guests? (my stati are only with Hilton and IHG)

Hi I am planning to stay there for a week.. but I am not a Club Room Guest, are the food en beverages complimentary? Before booking you can choose from options, I am planning to choose dining or spa credit and wifi... but is this not an all inclusive hotel?
