The last relationship I was in, the guy broke up with me suddenly and I was really sad and hurt. It has been more than 1.5 years and I still question what I could have done differently or what the real reason was. However I have accepted I will never know and I need to move on. In the time since I have focused on my growth and healing. It’s not easy but it will get better. Let this time be a space of healing and growth for you. Surround yourself with things, people, activities that pour into you.

It's indeed a journey of healing, but you're gonna be fine! It's honestly the annoying and easy advice but time is the biggest key for healing, being gentle with yourself and a lot of self care. And accepting all the sadness as well. It's totally normal to feel that. And if you can have emotional support arround you, that's also very important ❤ Happy to see you back ❤

I'm trying to shoot for more earth tones in my space. Thank you for the breakup advice. I hear that it's going to take time, which is hard because I'm a bit impatient lol but I know in time I will feel better again. I like using a method, called the emotion code in which negative emotions are removed from peoples energy fields. It can help with mood issues, pain and more it can take a while to work, depending on her how much one has been through but it is helping my sleep. I found it through a Doctor
