Using the standard 18-55 f/3.5-5.6 kit lens. Tripod mounted. Recorded at 1080p 24fps then converted to vob in Openshot. The plant is around 30cm away, the bottle is a little over a metre and the oven is just over 3 metres. Played with the focus ring for a while to practice.

what tuning is he in? and what are the first chords he strums at the very beginning..? thank you
+rob - It sounds like he's using the "high octave" set out of a pack of 12 strings strung on a normally strung guitar... and then tuning that guitar to A# - It's a tricky move and can probably only be used for this track :) But he's got loads of guitars, so he can afford to do it :)
Open A ..I only assume because the way I play it I play the first chrord of chorus as an A and he plays an open strum. But who knows
I think it's some open G tuning. I don't think it's open a the top two strings are tuned the same and possibly the bottom two. I've played songs in D-A-D-D-D-D but that's usually to get a sort of ringing out sound. And the top strings don't stay in tune for long. The middle strings are where he plays with the middle of the note, so I think those strings are tuned different to the top and bottom which ring the same.
