My father’s 33rd death anniversary was 2 days ago. “God Only Knows” was played on the day my father died. My mom went in my relative’s car. As my paternal uncle/father’s brother drove my sister & me home from the hospital, “God Only Knows” played in my uncle’s car. 😪🙏🏼

My ex bff was their nanny when she was young and living in Venice Beach. I love The Beach Boys and Mamas and Papas. God Only Knows is on of my favorite songs, it’s a masterpiece!!❤ I can’t hear it without crying, especially now, ex bff committed suicide in 2020 & if I could go back in time I would have reached out, I never expected that. My father is in hospice dying right now, he is deaf with dementia. My incredible mother died 3-19-24, of course I knew she would die, but she was so vivid and so beautiful and happy I 2023, we talked constantly and she & I planned on spending our birthdays together. We didn’t get that time, our birthdays were in May, I was born a week after her 20th birthday.❤
