This is the complete shootout scene from 'The Devil's Rejects' (2005), directed by Rob Zombie. One of the best directed scenes ever!!! © Lions Gate Films

Funny dachshund chilling big time! Original video by user 'idontdrinkbeer'. I just added some music to the chill.
they just dont make movies like this anymore. - 24 year old man
Love the gas mask and cowboy hat combo
Geeze, them bad folks didnt even get to have a cup of coffee before the shootin starts.
Sherry moon would've played a good harley quinn when she was around this age or a bit younger.
come on out with your hands ontop of your head
Rob zombie IS a fu#king talent Guy
Anyone know what this theme is called at 3:21 also this a cool shot
Shazam it and find out, usually helps me sometimes
This scene is truly satisfying.
tiny went out last night is one of the best lines of the movie, given how we see tiny at the very beginning of the movie
Can't forget the end
Rob Zombie has made some good movies, and some bad ones, but The Devil's Rejects is his only great one.
He wanted a fight that’s why he woke them up could have just raided the place
3:20 is one of the coolest shots ever filmed
What style did they shoot this in? This sort of shaky close up independent camera work was real abundant in the early 2000s. The Dawn of the Dead remake had the same badass look.
Otis yelling “shit fuck shit fuck!” always cracks me up 😂
Lmao sometimes whenever I'm in a hurry or some shit goes down I immediately think of this
Bullets would at least make him flinch a little. 1,800 M.PH.
Great way to start the movie and establish Wydell is the real deal and a legitimate threat. He becomes even more so as the film goes on but it's clear he is every bit there match and it's just a badass scene to get you hooked in immediately. When I first saw this I was just so glad for something original and not cookie cutter or formulaic.
their. GO BACK TO SCHOOL
@@TheInsultInvestorcry about it
I always like how Wydell catches one in the vest and then just keeps firing, such a badass character
Fuck yeah dude
Wydell tanked a hit!
Yeah and it was 556 to so it probably would’ve hurt pretty bad just because of how fast it’s going.
Its almost like the bullet actually made him stronger because his whole squad starts blasting more after he gets hit
My friend wanted to watch this with me but I was on the phone with my ex. He got upset but I was in love. She gave me a daughter but we are split up. And this movie is still awesome!
you are pathetic
Just by this opening, I knew I was in for a wild and crazy film. Holy shit this was Rob Zombies best film. I saw this without watching House of 1000 Corpses (which I later ended up hating) and I understood the story.
I’ve either watched or discussed this Masterpiece each day ever since it hit the silver screen-->that’s dedication to the Nth degree
Sheriff took a bullet like nothing kept shooting
I loved it when these sickos die
Love you momma :3 Hahaha
I don't understand why the sheriff and the others don't chase baby and her brother when they run away
Hella awesome 👍👍👍
I was fully expecting tiny to come in and break some necks
Let’s all face it none is these Rejects where a match for Sheriff Wydell, he was so focused and fixated on vengeance, Wydell annihilated Rufus and he would have done the same to Tiny, but Wydell never even knew of the giant because he didn’t meet him in this scene, because Tiny was out hiding bodies, which he comes back at just the right time when Spaulding and Otis where gonna burn to death and baby would have been strangled
1:18
It's really interesting how I went from being terrified and disgusted by the Rejects in House of 1000 Corpses, but through The Devils Rejects and Three From Hell the story is told mostly through their perspective and I end up sort of cheering them on.
That’s where rob zombie does it 4 me
I didn't
One of the officers with gas masks was played by Kane Hodder
The Sheriff would have just started shooting without warning them if the screenplay had been written consistently.
RZ did a great job on these first 2 movies.
Part1 n 2 are funk awesome jus gotta see the 3rd movie to see if it could mount to the previous
I like that instrumental
Tyler mane as Rufus!!!
rs6 laptop mouse enuf said.
Is this the same house from house of 1000 corpses? Where's Dr. Satan and that other guy?
Different house. As for dr satan you can see him loaded into an ambulance during a news report. Deleted scene shows he kills a nurse then dies in custody. Unsure if they found out he was Dr. Quail
Its same house
The famous 35 shot 12 gauge sprayer. Lol
"House of a 1000 squibs"...Rob Zombie.
As much as I liked the firefly family. They got what was coming to them in the end. It goes to show you can't run forever, the law will eventually catch up
3 From Hell reveals that they survived tho...
@@snnnaaaaaakeeeee4470 i know I've seen it. I don't like the fact that these guys were suddenly able to take down a whole bunch of cartel men like c'mon...but i like that they did it for sid haig. I do think wydell had quite an impact on them though(Baby in particular). It seemed like this whole experience brought them closer together in a sick, twisted way, plus they experienced first hand the pain they inflicted on so many others. Still though devils rejects was the perfect ending
@@epicty3607 Exactly. Tbh the bit at the start of 3 From Hell with Sid Haig was probably the only thing that I liked about that film.
This is VERY unrealistic. In reality, the FBI, Military, CIA, and most definitely the ATF would’ve been there in DROVES. They wouldn’t show up in police cars, they would come in choppers, tanks, and bearcats, and each of these would be armed with 20mm Gatling guns. The fireflies would’ve looked like minced meat in a pile of wood chips if this happened, but they have plot armor so yeah.
This takes place in 1978 smalltown Texas tho so I highly doubt that...
SSSNNNAAKKEEE!!!!!!!!!! Well I guess you are right. But the FBI definitely did exist in 78, and would’ve definitely been involved, and present in droves.
Same spot panic at the disco filmed I write signs not trajedys
Was the Sheriff using slugs?
One of the most Hollywood scenes ever 😂 nothing in it was portrayed even remotely accurate. If you know you’re getting into a firefight you use cover not some weak concealment which most of them did. Then you don’t leave your cover which was really concealment and start walking into the shooting. You just made yourself an easy target. And who deploys gas like that? So stupid you do it before the firefight starts and you go in with masks if you’re going to be tactical about it that gave them no advantage. Last they never would countdown a volley of fire like that. This wasn’t some western! By then the FBI would have been formed and certain tactical guidelines would have been used by these smaller LEO agencies mirroring that of their larger counterparts. They did not check for hostages no negotiations just an execution. Lmao what is this Waco? Get real! This ruined the whole movie.
I wouldn't really describe Rob Zombie movies as 'Hollywood'
These are the dumbest cops in all of movie history.
You know what would have been a good idea? Once the shootout started, Wydell should have had some guys go in the back of the house and enter through the basement. Since the family were focused on the front, they would know that there would be cops entering through the basement.
This movie was so much better than 1000 corpses. That one has grown on me. But this one is actually a good movie
Rob zombie took a page from "Near Dark"
so is it me or should 90% of the police force be dead from the ned kelly knock off with a bar gun 20+ rounds of .30-06 ammo should have easily fucked those 70's police group and cars
I think rufus is such an underused character he's fucking massive
