I’m definitely seeing this very late but I have a question, did you have to go to another state in order to do the program? After the program what’s up did you work for them in your state? how far did you have to travel? Is over the road the only option? How long do you have to work over the road before you can have local? how long are you required to work for them? Do you pay to go to school or do they pay is there a contract and if you quit earlier do you have to pay for the schooling?

How are you making 150k when they are paying about 25 USD per hour? *Edit* That is what I thought.

The company Roehl is pronounced like Rail. Like rail road. Also I work for Schneider now. It’s a descent company. I can tell you that the grass is rarely greener on the other side but sometimes it is.

You was taught wrong as hell man. You was suppose to ride the trailers, put your driver door in the center of the trailer next to you, turn hard right into a 12, and make your way to a 9 and keep your tires straight. You wouldve alighned your tractor up way better. I guess it was different back then.

Questions: What if I went through a company sponsored cdl training.did my eldt training, range time, and road time. And failed twice at the dmv skills test and got fired for it. Then, a month later, i find a school that is willing to spend 3 hours with me to help pass the test in the schools truck, and I eventually do and get my cdl. Would they hire me?

I'm hearing allied linehaul percentage is closer to 45% and not the 63% they tell you. Any truth to this? How do you like it these days? Home time? Management? How do you find your helpers/labor? I departed from Schneider a few days ago and my experience with them was actually great! There were cons though ans we all know the CPM is thee biggest reason for the compliants. I had a incredible TE that I talk to till this day, Schneider safety training aka Schneider City is second to none they actually prepared you for real world situations, now some of those Driver Leaders are clueless on driver issues being alot of the evening and weekend Driver leaders never driven a rig before. I got hired for a port driver position yesterday home every night and wayyyy More pay that's an incredible feeling. If a driver or future driver would ask me how was my experience with the Schneider OC in PHX I would tell them to go to Schneider and get that experience and safety training and then bounce after 6+ months. So the application was saying for teams cr England dedicated target fleet making 1641 a week is that not true like not even tryna be a smart ass genuinely curious because I just turned 21 but I have 6 months otr experience with my stepdad got my license may 16th 2023 so anyway are they lying or what

Thank you for the video. I was at a truck driving school for three weeks. I left due to them being very unprofessional delaying me and others who didn't kiss up to them. I have my cdl permit. Will it be in the system that i attended the trucking school?

That’s good to hear man. Glad you’re making some decent money. You deserve it. I know you work hard to provide for your family. Take your truck to a kenworth dealer and have them do an in depth inspection on it. Usually cost 6-700$ for inspection like that but it worth it if the company is going to fix everything. They will find every little issue the truck has with that in depth inspection

However you still have $500 a week which should be set aside for repairs and 37% that should be set aside for taxes. That extra 7% will be self employed taxes since employer doesn’t pay that no more for fica. That actually NET will be closer to $1,890 a week. But like we spoke before, it’s still not moving season so it will get better. My respect to you. -David
