Dead or Alive 3 is now available to download from Xbox Live, and the game is now backwards compatible with the Xbox One and Series X. I strongly recommend downloading either the European or Japanese versions of Dead or Alive 3 from Xbox Live as seen in this video since they offer better gameplay, more content, and more attacks for characters. To download them, purchase the game first, then change the region in the Xbox settings to either United Kingdom or Japan before downloading. Also, the physical versions are compatible with the American Xbox One and Series X.

I remember watching this as a kid with my cousin. He said that we will have those graphics in 20 years. I couldnt wait to play a game looking that good. Now its been exacly 20 years and i played forza horizon 5 today, makes me really melancholic
Dude me too, i used to dream about the days when would have graphics as good as the cutscenes. Some games do have graphics that good, like the Final Fantasy 7 or Resident Evil remakes, or God of War or Ghost of Tsushima, but graphics that good still aren't widespread or the standard. I think that by the next generation of consoles, we will finally be there 🥲
@@John-X it‘s mostly about how much budget a studio has to realise their vision. But yeah with the next generation of engines like ue5, we could see a higher standard, because those engines require a lot less work in some areas. We‘ll see, its sure an exitinc time to be alive. I wonder how fantastic games will look in 20 years

I remember how I used to play Dead Or Alive 5 when I was a child and how I used to watch clips and gameplays of the older DOA games on the internet. I have never had an Xbox but a Playstation. That's why I couldn't play the old games.

Get on Steam and hit up DOA5LR Core Fighters. It's superior to 6 but 6 is is good and also has a free to play Core Fighters. 3 & 4 are fab but I think 5LR is the best version.

They could have just used a cut-version of Nine Lives and using this CG sequence for the american release. Too bad they didn't do that. Also, as much as I like Leifang, I never understood why she was so prominent in this sequence lol
The best part about this song are Leifang's and Hitomi's parts. This is the best intro in DOA history.

6 7 8 9 10 years old. I’d Always Restart my console like 10 times so I can see this Intro and my Dad would play against me. It was fun. Back when The Game was just out At 6 years old. Playing DOA1 and this one all the time. And I still play DOA till this day already 19. Still DOA is my favorite Game of all time
I'm 27. I just recently, last year, gave the series a chance. Now I love it like it has always been part of my life :¯)

So, this was my absolute favorite childhood game and I would sit there and watch this intro everytime I played, but for whatever reason I continuously thought I had heard Dream On by Aerosmith during the burning of a village from the damn Fable game..

Team Ninja did a great job with this intro, even if it had a bit of a "Tekken" vibe. I feel as though they should've given DOA4's intro the same treatment.
It's so sad that Project Chronus was never made. The story of this intro is awesome.

Yes. It was suppose to be a spinoff within the DOA series, involving the Mugen Tenshin, including Kasumi and Ayane. Unfortunately, the project was cancelled when series creator, Tomonobu Itagaki left Team Ninja and Tecmo altogether (due to legal reasons).
