raw fudgey brownie bites
no bake fudgey brownie bites
🥣 INGREDIENTS:
- 200g ground almonds
- 50ml water
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 160g date syrup
- 50g cacao or coco powder
- 35g chocolate chunks (vegan & refined sugar free)
- 140g melted chocolate (vegan & refined sugar free)
- 2 heaped tbsp runny almond butter
📖 INSTRUCTIONS
1. mix the ground almonds, almond butter, water, vanilla, cacoa, date syrup, chocolate chunks until thick, swiggy and no longer sticky
2. add to lightly oiled cake moulds
3. add a thin layer of melted chocolate over the brownie batter
4. freeze for 1 hour and remove from the cake moulds and into a storage container
5. store in the freezer
