🥣 INGREDIENTS
(seasoning)
2 tbsp all purpose seasoning (preferably Dunn’s River)
1 tbsp mixed herbs
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion granules
1 tsp paprika powder
1-2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
(extra)
½ the juice of a small lemon
salt
2 tbsp Nojō miso sauce (or any miso sauce not paste)
4 chicken legs
4 large potatoes (chopped)
3 bell peppers (chopped)
📖 INSTRUCTIONS
1. clean and marinade the chicken in lemon juice with a sprinkle of salt the day before
2. mix the seasonings together into a paste
3. put the chicken and potatoes in a tray and smother on the paste and mix throughly
4. cook for 30 mins (200°C/392°F) in the over
5. remove from the oven and add peppers and drizzle the miso sauce
6. broil till brown
7. serve
