I noticed it, the solution is pretty simple, turn off the AGC in the camera and reduce the sound gain to -5, you're set.

@jenavlogs11 sound gain technically means the strength of the signal, from input to output means. you are misinformed or running around the bush. but still if you think so, you can try and check. i have done and tried this in 2023 with playing around all the settings. Best solution is to get a dji mic, it's most suitable with dji action cameras. i have made video on it using all the cables and mic available, eventually never found the right sound so didn't uploaded. I have made more than 200 videos with go pro and I prefer gopro mod sound better in every aspect. you will get idea when you travel outside, talk with people, and when dialogues matters you in shots,that time this unidirectional sound recording will not be an advantage. anyhow good luck with your ventures and congratulations for your new action camera. overall in many ways dji is doing really good with sports oriented camera purpose.

I have a sony lav mic(stereo mic setup), and if i keep the sound gain at 0, there's a lot of wind noise, hence i reduce it to -5. Also turning off the AGC helps in getting that engine noise back. Idk about the technicality but it works for me. Will try the other mic as you mentioned and check if there's a difference.

@@jenavlogs11 heard your audio, muffled up and source only coming from helmet. If it works for your type of videos, thats great. Yes i own sony lavalier mic from last 4 years, that cylindrical shape mic with trs jack. its a good lavalier mic.

I haven't shown the results on this video since agc was on and audio gain was set to -7, even i found that there was no engine noise and i agree with you that kind of motovlog feels empty, i haven't posted a video of the settings i mentioned above since i tested it later after this video

Dust and water ka koi tension nhi kyunki ip rating hai isme, baaki mic ki baat karein to baarish ke samay mein wireless mic use karlunga, ab mere paas dji ka hi wireless mic hai lekin isme dusre brands ke bluetooth mic bhi connect hojate hai. But jo bhi hai its best to not use wired mics in rain.
