Is there a catalysator?
No, the Arrow is just straight pipe.
How is the heat with the coober and new exhaust? is it running any cooler, im asking because the original exhaust got so hot.
@@Unknnownstuff Its much cooler now, with new parts. The original exhaust got extremely hot 🔥🥵

Hi. Is this Euro 5 compliant?
@@Rossi593 This works with Euro 5 engine, but there is no catalytic converter inside, so glacier will melt. I have heard that 701 euro 5 engine is running very lean, so I also installed Coober ecu which should add more fuel, to prevent any engine damage. Especially with this hollow exhaust that effected the exhaust flow. I`m no expert so I base these of what I've heard or read.
How much did this one cost? In one comment you mention it has a dB killer installed. Any idea on the dB rating with that in? Also, are other quieter dB killers available (like Wings).
I paid 490€. Sorry, I don't know the dB ratings. I think you can get only one type of dB killer from The Arrow to this muffler.

How's your Coober Box? I'm thinking about getting one too, but can't decide... I am worried it is just expensive placebo.
Did you put the gasket in? Didn’t see it on the video?
The original or the Arrow didn't have any gaskets. Some exhaust mounting paste wouldn't do any harm.

Yes, the db killer is in its place.

Thanks! Ecu also works fine with new exhaust. Stock intake/air filter still in place.
Wow, the way you work with that razor made me super nervous. Get your hands out of the way and cut away from you. One little slip away from a lot of blood everywhere mate.

Any feedback? Did you noticed an increase in fuel consumption?
At low rpms it's smoother and bit more power. I haven't noticed an increase in fuel consumption. Although I have not tried to measure it.
Hey man, love that bike, just wanted to ask, would you say that the sound is derper or more high/sharp with this exhaust ?
Arrow gives bassline to 701. I felt like back in the days when I got 10" subwoofer to my first car 1988 Corolla.

Perstuntuman mukaan alakierroksilla enemmän tehoa ja eräänlainen kaasun takertelu vähentynyt. Valmistajan mukaan toimii hyvin myös kun on katiton äänenvaimennin vaihdettu. Sanoisin että itse ainakin kannatti hankkia.
Kiitoksia toisena on ollut mielessä eculle ohjelma... Mulla tossa samanlaisessa 2022 sessa hussessa akran slipari ja se avarampi ilmanputsarin kotelo, orkkis suodattimella ja fueldongle mut toi cooberi olis varmaan ihan asiallinen... tolla donglella ollut jonkin verran stumppailua. @@janneturkka
Nice. The stock cans on these bikes are heinous 😆 I have a Yosh RS4 on my 701, it is a much longer can, with the tip extending past the turn signal. It has no DB killer and isn't too loud unless you get on it then ya, it is quite loud. It has a sweet deep tone though, no raspiness. Combine that with Rottweiler O2 sensor delete and their mapped PC6 and it is an entirely different bike, with more top end but way more low and mid power where ya ride it most. I posted a simple flyby video of me doing a wheelie on it, search "Husky 701 Enduro Wheelie Practice". It is the one shot in the business park with the blue/white buildings.

I think it's not too loud with baffle. Maybe if you take the baffle off, then I think it's gonna be super loud. I haven't tried it though.

From someone who’s been riding 40+ years…you always need earplugs. I have constant, loud ringing in my ears all caused by motorcycling. It’s not only the exhaust, in fact it’s mainly the white noise around the helmet (most of those 40+ years was riding naked bikes). If custom moulded plugs were available in the early 80s I wouldn’t have this problem…happy riding 😊

Very nice. I have done something comparable to this last year on my mighty 1983 BMW K100. 4.100 kms in 5 countries (D, F, CH, MC and I). But I mainly took the back roads and Nationals, there was very little motorway riding, and of course intense riding through the Alps including several high passes. That is time consuming but absolutely impressive. I'd love to do that again some day...
