Sunday morning dubby techno in Ableton Live
very cool rhythm and sounds. thanks for inspiring me to play with my Fors Dyad. 🙏💃🕺
Erosion and modul nice ideas. Like it.
cheers !
sick!
thank you 🥰
Meh, sounds digital and thin.
Yeah that's 100% on me, not Dyad.
This can be a sound design choice in certain types of techno. Absolutely loads of Detroit/Basic Channel stuff from way back used contrast between digital 'brittlness' and rich harmonics from analogue sources. Some of the grooves he got going here would not be out of place at all. Toodle pipski.
@@horseonthethirdfloor3643 You can safely ignore the comment. FM is a b**** to tweak and dialed in properly. Fors is a Force to recon with. All their synths are gems and bangers. Next year I'll build to computer systems for BitWig and Ableton. The Fors made me do it.
crazy nice work dude!
thank you!
Oh yeah been looking for a good jam like this
I don't understand
thats okay <3
Ooh I love seeing this process! I've barely scratched the surface with Operator so this is really useful, thanks.
Operator is amazing !
Here's more context : Flow is a state machine sequencer. It allows for generative and non linear sequencing. For each part you need to define states. You then use the matrix to guide the machine. You control what action should the sequencer after a state. Should it repeat the same state? move on to the next state? pick one at random? etc. has only 2 states : A kick and a snare. They alternate at a probabilty of 100%. This is the backbone of the beat. it runs at a 1/4 rate. has 3 states : ghost kick, ghost snare, rest. Here the matrix have different probabilities for each step. The most probable state is rest than ghost snare than kick. it runs at a 1/16th rate. has 3 states : Closed hat, soft Closed hat and open hat. it runs at a 1/16th rate has 2 states : Cowbell and Clave. I have randomised the probabilies. It runs at a rate of 2 bars.
great work, i love that bleepy sound but can't find this pac anywhere ? do u remember where it came from ( Analog Face Kit )
In the Mood Reel pack <3
@@horseonthethirdfloor3643 well he just proved that he is a legend, thank you
Thanks, it's working. Though the recorded volume is lower for 2,3dB.. Is there a way to get the recording on the same volume levels?
Wow, that sounds amazing. Definitely looking into getting the SDRR
...man do I overcomplicate things for myself.
Where can I find the sample packs you using? thanks
i have 2 packs from www.undrgrndsounds.com/ and all the pack from samplesfrommars.com/collections/recent-releases/products/ekko-from-mars
@@horseonthethirdfloor3643 Thanks 🙏
sounds like barac rumanian minimal house
not suire what that is but cool !
Wow! This video created a whole new perspective on production workflow for me. Thank you and keep it up!
thanks dude !
Hey where did you get the Preon Kit?
Cheated by using a kick sample lol. Jokes aside. It's pretty good and surge is a beast, highly recommended.
you can easily create kicks in surge but i wanted to keep a decent pace for the video. Might go full on 2 hours video in the future i don't know.
These are the best types of videos. I was wondering how to get that sub sound without a synth
More like psytrance than techno
You think so ?
it's hard to be aware of all the techno genres, but so maybe this is techno! But certainly not minimal techno 😅@@horseonthethirdfloor3643
😂 yeah right you fool
Hella good, reminds me of some old Tangerine Dreams stuff
thank you!
what you think of the new browser mate? ty for the vid!
i'm really liking the similar sound button. I'm not used to the tags yet so I feel like it's slowing me right now but with more experience I will become more efficient
Im watching your content one by one, please don't delete nothing, Im learning alot. BIG THANK!
don't worry i won't delete anything

thanks man, i love it
Crazy stuff🔥

I really like these tutorials, but they are to follow without dialogue. I use a different DAW, so it’s difficult to follow along. Regardless, thank you for uploading this video. I may not understand it, but I can appreciate Vital’s flexibility.
Thanks!
Merci pour le tuto
Sick as always
thank you ❤
wow.. insane

Thumbs up if you sampled this guys video and started making a beat out of it as you learned to use the loopback function 😂
😂😂
Love it
