Love the setup! I’ve been using the Hobonichi Cousin for work, but I jumped into digital for a few months, then back to analog, so an undated could be a nice option for me in future.

I use the undated b6 for my regular everyday planner

I LOVE your setup!! 😍 Back when I used to work in an office, I used to carry around my laptop, my water bottle, my planner, pencil case, and phone to meetings. It was a bit ridiculous, and I started carrying a tote bag to meetings after a while. If I still worked in an office, I would happily use this planner/POTR set up. Thanks for sharing!

I appreciate this look at both planners, thank you! I used Makselife for 2024 but thinking about trying Powersheets in 2025. I’m new to goal planning in general so still trying to find what works best for me. When it comes to the categories for Makselife I found myself putting things like habits and routines in my “Personal” category. Things I wanted to work on but didn’t really fit anywhere else. I also used that for goals surrounding my dog, because he has specific training needs, but I realize that’s pretty niche. The “Personal Growth” part was more for like mental and emotional health goals, focusing on journaling, therapy, etc. I can definitely see how those two can overlap though! Makes total sense!

I currently use the Moleskine Horizontal weekly with memo for work and it works well. I use the daily boxes for tasks to complete and the memo page for meeting notes. But sometimes I need more space or have to mark priority tasks a different way. The two boxes at the top and the larger Freeform memo area is much more usable to me. I can use one box for meeting times, one box for priority tasks, and the rest for notes and other tasks. I’ll definitely be picking it up for 2025. I should also say I’m a fountain pen user primarily so I’m always looking for great paper. Somehow I got a good batch of Moleskine paper that has worked really well with my fountain pens this past year.

I just ordered the standard horizontal laurel Denise with the idea of using it for fitness and faith goals. But after seeing this video, WOW, I LOVE how you included your cultivate goals. That gives me so many ideas. Thank you for sharing!!

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Having tried them both, I think the right fit will depend on what the individual is looking for and how he/she plans. Power sheets is just a goal planner intended to be used with a separate planner. Makselife is a planner and goal planner combined so you only need the one book (comparing just the options you present in the video. I’m aware that each company has other planner and goal products). I am a one book person so Makselife works better for me in terms of function and price. I only have to buy one thing and I only have to manage one book. My friend prefers the power sheets prep work and products and enjoys multiple books so she uses the power sheets and their daily planner. I’m so grateful we both have good options that fit our planning styles.

Love this video! Sort of same intentions, but I'm staying with Hobonichi. A6 for daily pure script journal, and weeks for cutesy entries, memory keeping, trackers and more 😊

I can totally relate about getting influenced! I want to think of it as just "trying things out to see if they work for me" but I definitely stuck with things even once I knew they weren't working because I wanted them to look cute or because I felt like I *should* be doing a certain thing with certain pages / spreads in my planner! And it totally does then get stressful trying to keep up with everything that doesn't actually work for you. I realized when I was avoiding my planner that it was time to tone down the decorating and the pressure to journal in it every day, and get back to the stuff that actually fills me up, helps me make the best use of my days, manages my stress levels and adhd, and brings me joy! Thanks for sharing your journey here :)

Wow, that’s really nice 🥰 Moterm did a great job on these and that back slip pocket is a great add on. Congrats on getting one, I’m waiting for that same color to restock. Oh and about the strap, just a thought but they may have made it that way to prevent color transfer from the darker outer leather 🤔 Again congrats, she’s a beauty 😊

It’s beautiful. I was excited until I realized there is no secretarial flap in the front. That is a must for me and the only thing keeping me from adding to cart 😢.

Id be curious if you copied a week expanded to B5 size to test out the size. Wondering if it will resolve the feeling like forcing yourself into the size for a layout that seems to be meeting all of your needs❤

I hope they do more of their covers/planners without the back pocket. I like the fact that it's two colours is fantastic. I wish I preferred rings lol.

Hello, thank you for sharing your set up, I got a few ideas to try for my 2025 planner 😊 I struggled to fill my trackers as well this year, and I think I know why. I also put them in a separate section, but I found that in 2023 I was quite consistent with them and that's because they were where I would look often, with my weekly spreads. Maybe something similar would help you ? Also, I literally take 5 min at the end of my day to check all the boxes and write down what I need to, it's some sort of mental-health related ritual I have every evening. I struggled to get into the habit, so if I miss a day or two, I try to be kind with myself and remember that it's something I use to help ME. Hope that helps 💪 And congrats on the puppy ! 🐕 Definitely requires some maintenance but they are so worth it 🤗
