As someone who finished this game about 12-15 times, this video genuinely blew my mind lol

First I thought it's a batman game till I saw the title

Just recently bought the game. About 12 hours in. Saw this video and was really curious. Meaningless fetch quest that just has you running around searching for nothing of value without any reason. That about sums up my experience with this game so far. Been bored out of my mind the last few hours. I'm going to give it another go because everyone keeps swearing by this game and says it picks up towards the late game. But had to switch to something else first because i got burned out on this game so fast. Main quest after the gryphon has just been look for ciri, talk to someone with info, do him a favor, hasn't seen ciri, go to the next person that might have info, do him a favor, hasn't seen ciri, go to the... rinse and repeat. It gets really old really fast. Combat is very basic as well. "Fast attack" might as well be a giant notice i'm going to attack in a really wide manner, leaving myself wide open. Geralt also has about the personality of a potato. Pacing for the game is horrendous. It's always quickly CIri might be gone soon, so no real incentive to take your time and do side quests from a roleplaying perspective, on the contrary, you have to intentionally ignore the flow of the main story to do a lot of side quests and contracts. And yes i noticed there's alot of side quests, a lot of people seem to use that as an argument, but none have impressed me so far. Quality over quantity. This video was a great example of the latter. Hope this game proves me wrong soon.

I did it first playthrough and was highly disapointed as I thought that there would be some hidden stuff there (dialogues, quests, gwent games) but there is nothing there.

Is this not a known fact that's if you wear faction armor and they will see you as one of them like in fallout?

It also took me around 9 years. I got in wearing the Nilfgaardian nobleman outfit that you get in Vizima. BTW if you meditate while in the house of respite, some of the inhabitants will have changed or moved places.
