Torquay Boat Ramp Beach
Hey guys,
We forgot about this little trip down to Torquay back in 2023.
It's a great spot for little kids to play in the water. It gets a little busy in summer holidays however its not as bad as the main beaches.

A lot of HD guys think the shovelhead sounds best. I have one and an M8 with a cr483 in it. I still say cammed M8's sound better.Yours especially.

Memphis Shade is just terrible, bad Aerodynamic, I haven't seen any positive feedback no matter what size you go for.. I own an 11 inches vented, I have got 9 now, I was thinking to go for 15 but I'll save money and I buy the ST fairing or FXLR

The go pro was playing up we didn’t realise until it was already recorded. The microphone and stability both died at the same time. It’s still watchable haha just. Was a great and then scary day, hope you enjoy.

Standard Harley Davidson back rest. It’s a quick release.

I like the original smooth seat. Not a fan of the threads and tufting of the aftermarket ones. And why get rid of the round gauge? So much more informative.
I like this seat as I am 6 foot. And it holds you in better under high acceleration. And when I purchased the motorbike I kept the original gauge but once I installed pullback risers I couldn’t see the gauge, due to the angle. I purchased this bike when they first came out and there was nothing available aftermarket too rectify this. And of course a few weeks after I changed the gauge it everybody brought out adapters to suit the original Speedo I like the slimline look of the current set up that I am running. I wouldnt Bother to change it now.

Nice video. I have the Sand Pearl LRS. I need a windshield, but the cost to color match that mini fairing is going to be high ⬆️ I am curious about your phone Mount and saddle bags. Can you post the information for those?

It's better but it still sounds like shit compared to a twincam. If the three valve heads fueling is working on improve the sound I'll probably spring for a set of those for my lowrider
Have a twincam and M8 117. Can't tell much of a sound difference. 117 will blow away the tc. 8 valves are better than 4. Get a shovel then.
I have the 17 works just like then 15 still buffeting but the 17 just a tad less BUT the entire fairing shakes like crazy after 65 mph.. I say stay at 15 in, not worth spending unless you don’t mind the shaking on your fairing
oh man mine just arrived at the shop haha. I dint mind the 15 with a full face helmet if the 17 is no good I'll be putting it on eBay lol. do you find yours leaves marks where the bolts go through on the plastic? mine is leaving white marks from rubbing...

yeah I agree its just the buffeting with an open face helmet isn't the best.
I hate that you cant get the screen blacked out over 11 inches i think the semi tint looks funny
yeah I totally agree. ill be tinting it for sure. most of the mods I have done are not road worthy so one more won't hurt haha.
I have a 2022 Lowrider S also. Love the bike but at 5'6" the stock bars are a little stretch. I'll be adding pullback risers. I stayed with mid controls and they are perfect for me. I'm still not sure about going with a different windscreen/fairly. I really like the look of the stock bike and the wind buffering doesn't get very bothersome until I get passed 70mph. My rides are usually 60-90 minutes. Anyone spending hours at high speed is probably going to want a bigger fairing. Enjoy and stay safe.
nice one, I originally put on 6.5 inch pullback risers but ended up with the 9 inch for a little more comfort. I personally didn't mid the standard front I like the wind on me, I only chose the Memphis shade for the look and it just created issues with buffeting. I have a 17 inch at the shop that I ordered so I have 3 windshields now lol. the 15 isn't bad but I really want to ride open face sometime and I think the 17 will be perfect for my height. its never ending until you run out of money haha. ride safe brother have a great week.

I will say, it hammers but I did make the mistake of getting the work done instantly so I couldn’t tell you the difference between standard 117. But it’s a handful when you open it up. And I love it 👍🏼

Good luck with the windshield. I’ve literally tried probably 5 different ones. I settled on 13” vented. It’s not great, but I learned to live with it. I do wear a full faced helmet. The short ones worked the best 7 or 9” I did not like the look though. The race only logo is hideous and the S&S logo as well ! I had mine cerekoted. In the end I dumped it for a Thunderheader. No logo’s needed on those. They speak for themselves 😂
yeah if I knew this before hand I would have just kept the original. im up to 15 inch and I have ordered the 17. im happy now but only with a full face. I like having an open helmet in nice weather but won't happen much now.
Wear earplugs my friend, the wind noise alone is enough to damage your hearing. I recommend you stay away from Moons MC. If something fails, they won’t stand by it. Total douche bag owner. My experience anyway. All his crap is made in China, so you might as well get a light for 1/2 the price elsewhere. SpeedKings has one.
