We are sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with removing the knob. To remove the knob from the spindle, the lockset must be in the unlocked position. Insert the provided pin into the hole and press until you feel the spring compress. You may need to fish around for it to find the spring. At the same time as holding the pin, then pull the knob off and then remove the pin. Please give our team a call if you're still experiencing issues at 866-LOCKPRO. We can walk you through it.

@@brinkscommercial5425 The same cut & paste response as the previous entry? As I explained in my initial comment, your suggestions from a previous customer didn't solve the problem. This was a disappointing experience and I will never waste my time and money on any brinks product again.

Hello. On the side of the handle on the collar you will find a small hole that has a pin to release the lever. Use the push pin provided in the package to push the spring in and pull the lever off. If you're still having trouble, please give our Consumer Care team a call at 800-562-5625 and we can walk you through it.
