👍 Looks great, thanks for sharing! Do you have a recipe for glaced fruit? We used to be able to get glaced oranges, figs, pineapple, pears, melon, ginger, etc from Food Lovers Market. But they don't sell it anymore - probably cos they charged so much for it that it wasn't selling! And i can't find any recipes on TH-cam, or anywhere else for that matter .. at least, not in the traditional South African style.
