No way crazy so just put that around before you put the inner tube in? My tires are really thin because it’s a hybrid bike not a mountain bike, but something to consider. Cheers for the advice mate

@Broomesworld yeah mate get a strap, lay it on the inside of your tire, its abit fidderly to get it in measure it the best you can, cut it an put abit of tape over the ends of the strap where you cut it so it dont go all fluffy and shit or burn it with lighter , , or what you can do as well is get a old inner tube cut the valave of it an cut it all the way round an put your inner tube inside that one like a extra layer an that works sound can double it up as well put 2 inner tubes over your 1 an it will make a massive diffrence, HALO used to sell 6mm thick inner tubes but dont sell um anymore cuz they was that good

Yeah a couple years ago I worked in a tackle shop and wanted to do trips on my boat but there was to much crap that goes with it, if I wanted to take you out for free that’s sound, the second I want to charge and make a living from it, they want to take my boat out the water and make life as difficult as they can for me, I got a way around it though in the future. Just not at the moment, one day though

Should go give it a go mate, plenty of big bream knocking about. Some carp and decent pike in the stretch too but the carp are hard to find

@Broomesworld Have a look on a Sunday morning when it gets a little warmer, you'll see the remains of fires and where tents have been, I've had one carp there in the last five years, seems to be nice chub etc there still tho.
